A few weeks ago a big group of us went on an adventure to Scienceworks! OMG SCIENCE!! It was so much fun, we poked around the space station, powered a skeleton to cycle a bike (weird) and raced Cathy freeman (classic). There was heaps of cool stuff to look at like the lego model of Melbourne and the steam engines, ooooo! After all that SCIENCE we had a lie down on the grass in the sun with some hot chips and played on the equipment, which soon became the... eQUEERpment lol. We can't wait till next year to go again!!

Jeez it’s chilly out but that doesn’t mean the fun should stop so we’re celebrating this season with a dance party that’s sure to keep you toasty warm as you dance the night away!

Today is the first day of National NAIDOC week, celebrating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander history, culture and achievements. The theme of this year’s NAIDOC is “Our Languages Matter” and focuses on the importance, resilience and richness of Indigenous Australian languages.

We acknowledge and pay our respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, in particular those who identify as LGBTI+ and Sistergirls and Brotherboys.
