Q: It was your birthday not long ago. Were you able to spend it a bit more special than other times?
I didn't have anything scheduled for work that day, nor did I have a party with friends. I just went to the aquarium with my family. I usually can’t go out that often. When I do end up going out with my family to have a meal once in a while, due to all the people who look back and stare at me, I feel a sadness, kind of like an animal that is trapped inside a zoo. But because it was my birthday and I couldn't just stay home all day, we went out for a bit and it ended up not being so bad after all, I had a fun time. I saw a shark for the first time and had a big laugh comparing the aquarium’s blue water color to my own hair color saying it was like apetetic coloring. It was as if I had returned to my childhood. To be honest it was an extremely normal day, which is what made it an extra special memory for me.

I thought that place was a “light” so I followed it but it wasn’t. This emptiness. I know that that place wasn’t a “light” but I just tried going anyway. Calmness. These two things coexist. Emptiness and calmness. Going together with someone.. is just like that.

Instead of being a person that is looking at the small things right in front of my eyes, I want to look far ahead, and hypnotize myself into becoming a person who can see even things that are far away.

We’re all looking for a shoulder, a person we can just tell how we feel to and lean on. But never think of being that shoulder or giving out your heart first. All you’ll do is anticipate. That’s how we only keep everything wrapped up in our minds. Because of the frustration from not being able to unwrap it, you’ll end up leaving that place.

Just like how you’d know with your sleeves brushing past each other with your eyes closed. Just like how you know exactly where it is when you look for it with your eyes closed. With quick intuition. Let’s become a nimble person.

At first, it's a blank piece of paper. It's the best state to draw anything. You sketched. It's the state to repeatedly erase and draw several times. You added color. It's the state to use the various paints and find out which colors will match the picture the best. Wouldn't the completed picture be similar to the life that you have led?
