i am genuinely so embarrassed to do this and i hate being the type of person to ask for donations but i am in such an unsafe living situation and need to get the fuck out as soon as possible for my own mental wellbeing and physical safety

I’ve been putting off making a post like this forever because it’s just not something i do but after today, having my aggressive and violent brother come after me once again, i am desperate.

Part 206 of my bakery “enemies” au!

THE END!! I can't believe I finally completed this. When I first started this comic, I had no idea that it would end up being this long. A little over 3 years and over 200 parts, so around 2000 panels. (My folder that holds all my files relating to this comic is 3 GB with 2,017 items....). I honestly can't believe that I managed to stick around to the end of this. Thank you all so much for the support, I never imagined that so many people would care about this comic when I started it!

Of course, there are still some loose threads. The kwamis and Nathalie for example, but the core of this series has always been about the emotional conflict between Marinette and Adrien, and that has been resolved. I have some epilogue ideas to cover those loose ends, but this comic has already taken so much of my time and I'm not sure I want to promise that I'll get around to it. ... But who knows. Maybe!

For now, Adrien and Marinette will get some long-deserved rest.

This is a pre-reveal, undercover AU where Felix is Gabriel’s son and Chat Noir. In their university years, both Marinette and Felix are still working to take down Hawk Moth. They both find separate evidence linking Gabriel’s fashion company to Hawk Moth’s operation and decide to secretly go undercover in his company. Marinette lands a Production Assistant job while Felix asks his father for a position. Suspicious of Felix’s newfound interest in his company, Gabriel decides to hire a documentary crew to as a way to keep his son in check. This is the story as told through the documentary crew’s lens.

hey guys, i know you all want updates to my bakery enemies comic! i AM still going to finish it, i have NOT given up on it, and i'm sorry this hiatus has been so much longer than i anticipated. getting the second wind i need to work on it can be kind of tough (especially since we're in the final stretch, so when i start working on it again i want to make it all the way to the FINISH), but it is still absolutely in development!

anyway, this is also to say, you don't need to tell me you want updates. I know you do, and I can't give a clear answer as to when the next update will be, because i'm not sure when that inspiration will strike... but... if you're going to ask for updates, please don't do it on my other works. It's kind of disheartening to have comments on a new, unrelated work say "but what about beau?". If you want to ask about beau, at least ask it on a beau-related post, please!
