Season 4 was so ass i started doing PMV for my AU
Like, I'm very lazy and if I'm starting animating (ok, it's not animation, but still)- the situation is reeeeeeeeally bad, lol. It's not so great, but I'm still pretty proud of my work. I will be doing a master-post for this animation of a story, probably in next month :p

I have so many comic ideas in the back of my mind but I’m just a whole other breed of lazy..
the one that I’ve kept thinking about is where yugo and mina talk in a garden. that’s literally it. I hc that mina was blind in the islands of wakfu era and often spends her time in the siblings’ garden in their main castle (i say castle but i imagine the council of 12 doesn’t live too differently compared to typical eliatropes in terms of how fancy their houses are) but anyways yugo often goes straight to her when he needs someone to talk to or confide in cuz she’s someone who knows how to ground him
and then dumb stuff (whyyyy do I only render actual garbage and not the stuff I actually wanna work on💔💔)
Never drew Mina before so this is a small test of her design and personality
For the people that don’t follow me on twitter or know me from discord i plan to make smalls comics about Nora because S4 didn’t do justice 😔 Hope you like it ! If you have feedback about her design i am more than happy to know your opinions 💕💕

Nora's Age
I saw some confusion on the incarnation s4 Nora is and I think I have an answer.
Considering she seems to remember Yugo, that would mean she was alive during the Second Mechasm War, 10,000 years ago. Yugo died in the second war fighting Qilby, and presumably Organax, according to Phaeris' flashback, and did not reincarnate until the beginning of the series.
Nora also remembers Qilby and is well aware of what he did.
Had she reincarnated after the war, she wouldn't know about Qilby being a traitor. It also makes sense why she and Efrim would have been motivated to find the goddess in the first place as their people needed help.
In short; Nora (and Efrim) is at least 10,000 years old and survived the Second Mechasm War.
This Scene
I'd like to talk about this scene and what it could mean. Here, Nora takes on the role of deciding what to do with the bandits. From what we learned in Qilby's story in s2, this role originally belonged to Mina and Phaeris.
I don't think it's much of a reach to believe that Nora is trying to do what her older sister would have done in this situation. This makes it more frustrating (from her perspective) when Adamai immediately criticizes her for it.
Especially since that's exactly how their society operated before the gods arrived at the World of Twelve. It makes sense she wouldn't see what was wrong with it.
(On another note, I'd like to say that Adamai felt very hypocritical here, in s3 he was quite fine with deciding others' fate all on his own (he literally killed Dally/Pin Pin for his "mistakes") and even here in s4 he makes decisions about the dofus that honestly aren't his alone to make.)

Nora's Teasing
An observation about her character I wanted to share. Nora only teases those close to her or on the other end of the spectrum, people she is deliberately trying to throw off.
Nora tends to tease people she believes are close enough to her to not take offense to it.
(Here she pokes fun at Qilby, who is entirely unbothered by it)
(He actually teases her back later on)
Unfortunately, she misjudges her closeness to Yugo and irritates him multiple times
She actually drops teasing him after he directly tells her it's getting on his nerves.
So, with the people she values, it's not actually meant to upset them, and she does it in a playful manner. It seems like she does it as a way of trying to lighten the mood (she often does it during stressful situations such the volcano erupting or the necro attack in Yugo's home town) or to harmlessly poke fun at them.
With her enemies, however, she very much intends to anger them.
It seems she does it in combat to give herself the advantage. When an opponent is angry, they're not likely to be in a clear enough state of mind to plan things out, and this is exactly what Nora capitalizes on.
