It's Ash Wednesday!

It starts off Lent, the time of preparing for Easter

As for me, since I'm 33, I want this year to be my toughest yet spiritually.

Giving up: eating out/coffee runs, snacks & sweets, social media scrolling, music, other distractions/entertainment

Adding on: Bible study workbook

Habit to get rid of: angry replies, complaining
