Architectural hermit crab habitats by Aki Inomata
Japanese artist Aki Inomata creates intricately crafted plastic habitats for hermit crabs, which are influenced by the architecture of major cityscapes — the New York city skyline, a Parisian apartment, and a Tokyo-style house. the semi-transparent, delicate forms are designed in the style of physical human environments, which ironically become a shelter for the aquatic arthropods. The biology of the hermit crab makes it a fascinating example of identity transfer — as they grow they require larger shells and periodically interchange their external portion with other members of the crustacean community. Inomata connects her study of the hermit’s transformation to the self-adaptation of humans, whether it be in acquiring a new nationality, immigrating or relocating.
I really hate when parents don’t respect their kids personal space or boundaries and then get offended or upset when you get mad or they act like its nothing because they’re your parents. They are your children not your fucking property.
Getting lost in a fictional character changes the way you think and behave to match the character.

when you see something and your heart sinks and youre just like oh ok then
I go to sleep to forget everything that happened. I dreamed of being inside a castle, with someone who was trying to hold on and fight with me, there was a man throwing bombs and setting everything on fire, the top floor was a crumbling war zone, the other man that was trying to help me kept screaming for me to get out. I was getting burned, every where I turned there was more traps, fire, and bombs. The hallways were like a maze in hell, but once I got out it was pouring rain, almost like a storm but there was no lightning or thunder. It was weird, it went from the castle to the courtyard of my school, I ran to the entrance gate but, right when I got in front if it, I just stopped. I couldn't trust it. I had a dream the night before, that wasn't any better. I was running through a forest of nothing but thorned vines, and the further I ran the more thorns I got stuck in me, when I tried to pull them out I could feel them being ripped out of my skin, but no pain.
