US Gold Reserve

US Gold Reserve that you see commercials for, is a basement type company. Run by probably 4 guys. Anyone can pay a production company, get a well known actor to represent the company.

My dad called looking for info and they didn't even know the terminology for buying gold in Assay. They also kept passing him off to another guy ... Back and forth. No real company does that.

Don't trust US Gold Reserve.

Fraudulent company that keeps your gold so you have to pay $250 a month for.

My friend buys gold at Costco.

Exercise!!!

I have been exercising a lot. Both with the Wii fit and just getting outside. today I went for two walks. Not sure how long or far but I will figure that out. Probably half a mile each time.

I also try to get at least 30 min on the Wii fit per day but I also have been upping it. Yesterday I did 45 and the day before that 40 min. Boo yah.

I won't weigh myself until next week when my goal is set... I put in a 2 lb loss per every other week. So hopefully I did at least 2 lb.

I have been chosing good bad things though. I was craving a donut today. So instead of picking a donut with 270 calories (also my favorite one unfortunately) I picked a French cruller that had 190 calories... This was lunch... With a ginger ale (10 calories) a diet one.

As I type this I'm sweating... A lot since I just got done with 15 min of the Wii fit. Lol. Its also hot in the room I got it in despite the fact that I have a.c

Insignia TVs

I bought a new television by Insignia earlier this month. The remote is faulty and Insignia won't replace the remote.

Making customers jump through multiple hoops. Don't waste your money with Insignia televisions from Best Buy or anywhere.

Insignia sucks.

WNBA

DiJonai Carrington is the latest player to choke someone and then play the victim. She's not a victim.

Acts all tough. Just makes her look pathetic.

Sophie Cunningham has the freedom to call the police.

It's pathetic how the WNBA keeps allowing this. One game suspension is nothing. Start fining the coaches $10,000+ and maybe they will do something about their players.

The players always has the freedom to call the cops afterward. I'm surprised no one has.

Today I restarted my Wii regiment. I started from fresh. Deleted my person with my previous workout. I gained 10 lbs since the last time I used it. 😢

Motivation.

My aim is to walk outside in the morning and Wii fit exercise at night. 30 min.

Tonight I did my first 30 min. Balance game for the first 5 min then stepping game for 20 min... Then 5 more balance (soccer) for the last 5 min.

The stepping didn't register my footing right. But i tell my OCD part of me it's okay because I'm here to work out, Not to get the perfect score....which I have gotten at the soccer balance game.

Actors

I still admire some actors still. The ones that take responsibility for their careers and not blame others when they don't make it.

The ones that don't force themselves on women or take advantage of them.

I admire the ones, that will take time out for fans, and not stuck up on themselves.

I admire the ones that lose gracefully to others at award shows...shows respect for their fellow actor or actress.

I admire actors who don't talk politics or shove their views down people's throats.

Most of all I admire actors and celebrities who still have morals, and ethics.

I want to see Moana. So I went to the theater website and the price for a ticket is $14.95. 🫨

It made me remember when I worked at the theaters back in 2005. The tickets were $7.95. Worked at the movie theater chain called Loews.

We got perks like free popcorn and drink while on duty. Got to see the movies for free on our days off. But it was a horrible place to work after a while.

I was never told my schedule and when I did ask before I left work for the day, it was never ready. So when I called in to see a movie, I was always scheduled to work. Every single time.

We also had contests to win prizes, like who came to a meeting in full correct uniform. Or who made the most donations. The prizes 99% of the time went to the bosses. 🙄. Except mine.

I won the most donation contest. We had to collect donations for the Roy Rogers Foundation. I was happy to do so without a prize. I got $1,000. I was told I won. So when I decided to quit, I also went to collect my prize, which I was told, was for someone else. Wtf? So after I made the boss hand it over I walked out...and never returned to that theater even to see a movie.

I also collected mylar posters they had back then since they just threw them out...this was until other people caught on and I was left in the dark...again. wasn't able to get any due to other peoples greed.

I'm glad I quit.

But I tried to apply for AMC theaters a few years ago. The application process was a Bi....ch.. 30+ minutes of filling out questions of scenarios, what might happen on the job. I didn't even get a call for a interview, despite having experience....

And a bachelor's degree in Film.

Inpatient.

Today I waited 20 min on a long line to get gas. 20 min just to get to the pump. Then another 20 min getting gas.

The gas attendant took too long I guess so the guy in back of me, waiting, got out of his car and attempted to take out the pump hose from my car.

I first said "sir, get back in your car before I call 9.1.1". He eventually did when he couldn't figure out how.

I decided to get out my car, with my phone, and get a photo of his license plate... New York license plate. This is where he claimed he was just trying to help me. 🙄

Wendys App

Wendys App SUCKS. I had got 250 points for a large order, and 135 of them and more expired just 10 days later.

I honestly don't think Wendys App is worth much any more. I just researched other apps for other fast foods. They also expire but NOT as quickly as Wendys.

Burger King expires 6 months after you earn the points, as well as McDonalds. Wendys expires 10 days after it seems.

Its stupid that they expire so quickly. They should last a while. Like a whole year. I don't eat at Wendys as much as we used to. We went once a week after our volunteer job.

Part of me just wants to use them all up and be done with the app.

Vicious Neighbor

I have a neighbor who thought she could bully me. She and I have had disputes for 4 years and counting. It's sad. I just defend myself against her. I literally don't bother anyone...

Yet, she has sent her friends to follow me, cursed me out telling me she will F me Up. Her daughter copies her. They both have given me the finger for no good reason.

My neighbor has called the cops because I have security cameras thanks to her. She called the cops despite having cameras too.

I was out shoveling my snow early this year. She comes out and says why you so ugly? Did you forget to take your medication?"

It's usually the ones with the most issues.

Her oldest daughter, went after someone with a knife while waiting on line at a pharmacy for her medications.

Her oldest son, is a dead beat dad...3 kids he doesn't pay for. Moved to Alabama...sitting on his ass waiting to be called to play pro football. 🙄

Her youngest...as I said, copies her. She smokes something. Has many boy toys.

Always the ones with the most issues goes after those who don't... Probably to feel better about themselves. She lies to the cops saying I was yelling out my window at her at 10:30pm. My mom told them the truth. If that really did happen, I would have woken my dad.

Advil Pm Free

Yesterday was the first night I went Advil Free in a while. I went Advil Free a few times when I slept over in hotels, when I forgot to bring it.

But yesterday night, is the first day of my detox. I have taken Advil pm since 2011. Okay, I changed from Advil to Tylenol and Ibuprofen pm to change it up. But I decided to change my habit.

It was hard, kind of...had a few glasses of wine last night. Another crutch I know, but I do need to get the Advil pm totally out of my system and if wine helps to get rid of the Advil issue that's great. I will work on the wine next week.

Today was okay mentally. A little clearer. Drove to a library, and a store in the morning. Then mowed 2 lawns in the afternoon. 😴. Physically tired. It's only 87 with a light breeze. Next week it's gonna be in the 90s.

Parents

Moms and dads of today have the balls to try to discipline everyone except their kids.

They expect others to curtsy to their needs and wants as a parents. 😂

News flash!! The world doesn't revolve around you...or me. I treat others the way they treat me. So don't be upset if I don't show you respect. I'm just mirroring you.

My neighbor treats me like trash and cries when I don't show her respect. "Do you hear how shes talking to me?" She asked her husband.

Don't tell others to put headphones on, when you won't quiet your kids. Or don't attempt to. Don't expect others to be in your bubble.

Traveling is stressful for everyone. But don't expect more curtsy then others. Don't buy seats that aren't together, expecting people to move. Don't cry when you video them and they record you back.

Don't play the victim when you're causing the trouble. Don't expect to become parents and have the world curtsy to you because you have children. Because not everyone wants children. They may be childfree on purpose.

Overthinkers

I'm an over thinker. I over think all situations that feel awkward to me or things I feel regret over...even if it happened 20+ years ago.

I'm also not a hugger for this reason. All hugs seem to go sideways for me. Just like yesterday.

The 4th of July. We participated in a parade over in a town. An aquintance stopped by and unexpectedly gave me a hug, not knowing I'm not a hugger. Apparently I wasn't thinking and tried to kiss her on the cheek. 💋. I don't know why I did.

I was up since 6am, dealt with a lot of bs from my brother and this interaction took me off guard. And as an over thinker I am thinking way too much about it, even if the other person is not...but I worry she is. 😢

I over think things from my childhood. Things I didn't know then but know now as an adult.

Independence Day

As a kid I loved the 4th of July. My grandparents town had the best traditions. They would shoot off a small cannon at 8am, followed by a Baby and Youth Parade.

That would be followed by a BIG parade on Main Street and fireworks at the local field.

My family would have picnics in the background with family and friends. Mostly friends of my grandparents, along with aunts and uncles and cousins.

I would sleep over from the 3rd of July just to hear the cannon go off. We would sit on the curb to watch the big parade followed by a picnic in the backyard.

I miss those days. This year, however, we are entering my nephew into the baby and youth parade. He will be the 4th generation participating. However its going to be an early morning 6:00am, going to have to put the float together over there. Not sure how that's going to work out in its entirety. We will see.

My first visit, they said there was a fee to use a credit card. YES I agreed to it. Scammers. I hope they are deported.

Facebook Groups:

Sometimes they are good and sometimes they are bad. I recently joined a group about Aldi's.

It bombarded my facebook feed. Every post was from the group. Yet, my 1 post went unapproved for 4 days before I left the group.

Some facebook groups are like high school clicks all over again. They approve posts they deem worthy. Make up rules as they go along, with them meaning something different per person.

It is truly sad how groups can treat people. Facebook should change how groups are formed. It's part of the problem. When an admin doesn't approve someone's post, Facebook should Automatically post it after 2 days.
