Not misheard entirely but I literally never realized pierre sang “ever” in “did I ever look up and see the moon” until i saw it live. I always thought it was “did i look up and see the moon” and it still bugs me to this day bc it SOUNDS WRONG

i listen back to the recording of me singing this in university for an assessment. it turns out that i, too, did this.
