The smell of rain reached N’s nose as the air around him grew more and more humid. He shuddered, the humidity was the worse, not to mention what it did to his hair…
With a frustrated grunt, he pulled his cap down and continued walking, Nimbasa City behind him and a dense wood in front of him. He didn’t particularly want to further his stay in the entertainment capital of the world, he could only stand the sensory overload for so long.

As he ambled down the way, a scared and pained cry reached his ears and chilled his skin: A Pokemon was in trouble! Running (carefully and as fast as he could in the mud) N quickly tried to track down the source, the pattering of raindrops made it hard to identify a direction, but his concentration was cut when he ran into a solid object.
Hitting the ground hard, he yelped in surprise and clutched his elbow: right on his funny bone. N hissed in pain and winced before looking up, a girl with the pinkest of hair sat before him.
