hey! I was looking through the unr tag and i saw you went there; I'm hoping to go there in fall. anyway, I was wondering if you could throw some pros/cons at me maybe? sorry this is so random but figuring out where to go to college is so weird
Hey! Thanks for the question :) I love UNR (or Nevada, as they call it ha) From a educational point of view it's great for science, engineering and medical! I'm none of those, but I grew up in this town so it was my first choice. They offer great programs for other majors too though. They are also becoming pretty big on partying, and if you're into that it's a plus. It's also easy to stay away from that, they have plenty of Clubs or other organizations-- pretty much any you can think of. I feel like it's really easy for someone to find their "niche" here. As for the campus itself- BEAUTIFUL. Hands down one of the nicest campuses I've seen. It's conveniently located near downtown and it's not a very big now but the scenery makes up for it. There's something to do here 365 days a year, indoor/outdoor. Let me know if you have more questions!
