Theon Greyjoy was literally castrated and tortured and cant even eat without feeling excruciating pain and its still not enough, because of all the things he is sorry for, he never explicitly laments or expresses remorse for sexual violence and neither has Aegon. There is no forgiving or forgetting the traumatising way in which aegon was introduced.
