There are not 10 seconds that have gone by when I have not thought of you.

Stars.

I love whenever I come home and get out of the car, I immediately look up at the sky to see if there are any stars out. It's one of the big things I miss in the city. A sky full of stars somehow makes me feel so much at peace and at home. Tonight it was absolutely breathtaking. There had to be billions of brilliant shining dots staring me in the face, their grandeur leaving me in awe. It's the little things that matter. Like coming home and remembering that feeling of experiencing such a beautiful moment.

As a fellow cadet, know that it'll get easier and that trust me. He is missing you like hell right now. Being on that ship for almost 2 months is hell in the nicest respect and that's so awesome that your staying strong for him while he's away. Your definitely a girl worth his time.
