Unless you're over eighteen, there's no way you can enroll in this school without legal documentation and parent or guardian permission.

You would still need some sort of legal guardian to sign the paperwork for you.

You'll need to have a parent or guardian come in and do it for you. They can come to the office during school hours and get the documents whenever they would like.
