Well I woke up this morning at 133lbs my lightest of this prep this fat and I still have 8 weeks to go! To give you an idea of where I'm at... I stepped on stage in sept at 130lbs and on stage in Jan at 126... not only am more condition than I've ever been this far out... but I know I am going to bring an AMAZING package to stage in December! Why!? Because I'm putting in the work I never wanted to put in before. Everyone thinks they work hard until they truly experience THE REALITY! This prep is going to be my biggest learning experience yet and my first step towards my #procard! @bpi_sports had my back today through a grueling workout and cardio where I was pouring sweat! On top of all that... this month is national breast cancer awareness month which I feel strongly about seeing as my grandmother survived breast cancer.
