Lady Gaga does a Desi Look
Known for her eccentric fashion style we weren't surprised when we came across this image floating around on the net. Lady Gaga dressed like a not quite demure Indian Bride!?! I mean, the colour of the outfit is a hit, but the outfit is a miss. Never seen an Indian Bride look like this that's for sure! But you gotta give her points for the jewelry. I mean right from the tikka on the forehead to the nosering, she got that look right!
I love Gaga, her music and her mad sense of fashion but lets admit it, she looks like something from I dream of genie!
At this point I'd like to believe that she somehow came across this post and looked for inspiration! http://missguided-tpr.tumblr.com/post/92713372036/decode-it-with-designer-nida-mehmood

DIVA'NI- India's first cinema-inspired brand
DIVA’NI is India’s first cinema-inspired brand brought to you by Yashraj Films and Karol Bagh Sari House. DIVA’NI draws its inspiration from the legendary Yash Chopra, who put as much effort into draping his heroines, as he did in painting beautiful visual imageries on reel.
DIVA’NI is freedom, inspired by fashion, film and femininity.
DIVA'NI makes its own, unique place in the vibrant, Indian couture industry through a line of exquisitely imagined clothes for discerning fashionistas: Hand-crafted and rare. Silhouettes of perfection that can make every woman feel like a diva. Like the 'First Lady' of fashion, a name DIVA'NI christens her couture label with.
Decode it with Designer Nida Mehmood
You think Indian Designer Nida Mehmood's design could catch the attention of Lady Gaga!??
We think so!
Rina Dhaka at India Couture Week 2014
Model Lekha in a Rina Dhaka creation- love the nose ring! And that ensemble is to die for!
Models Lekha and Carol in designer Rina Dhaka's collection- fit for the new age bride. Love the way the designer has played with the jewellery.
Lunch Box actress Nimrat Kaur looks stunning in Rina Dhaka's outfit. The mix of gold and red is just what a bride needs on her wedding day!
Malaika Arora Khan dazzles in this Rina Dhaka ensemble. Malaika can make any outfit look good! Can you believe it she's 40- and she only gets more graceful with each year!
Both Malaika and Nimrat were show stoppers for Rina Dhaka at India Couture Week! Loved their outfits and Rina Dhaka really outdid herself by presenting this splendid collection! WE LOVE!
Alexander McQueen’s dark majesty was captured by Steven Klein and stars Edie Campbell, who continues as the brand’s face for the Autumn/Winter 2014 season.
Love this look!
This look needs a round of applause!! Designers Rimple & Harpreet Narula surely know how to create magic on the ramp at the recently concluded India Couture Week 2014.
Designers- Rimple & Harpreet Narula
Designer duo Rimple and Harpreet Narula are known for their cutting edge Indian designs. At the recently concluded India Couture Week they showed how they have evolved as designers and presented a fantastic collection on the ramp. They recently created a new collection titled R&H Soiree. Elegant gowns that are red carpet ready and bound to leave you feeling like a diva. Feel them, wear them and own them!
Having broken away their typical designs, this designer duo bring to the table something new and fresh. Enjoy these exquisite styles, Indian with a design aesthetic sense but given a new twist.

One of my favourite supermodels is Alessandra Ambrosio and I just can't seem to get enough of her!
The Perfect LBD
We all love a night out dressed in that perfect LBD. Designer Surekha Jain has perfected the art of creating the perfect LBD. Surekha has dressed in the past the Late Maggie Thatcher and even Britain’s former first lady, Cherie Blair. Her designs her simple, understated and classy.
We just love her shift dresses and if you want to be a little different, try them in other colours – go for a red or a baby pink sequined option!
