The difference of 5 months. ๐ Baby number three baby weight is no joke! ๐จ . I never really imagined sharing this photo, I took it more for me. But there is so much power in seeing what is possible. My pregnancy was tough, as most are, but I was able to workout and keep moving through the entire 9 months. And keeping my core during that time frame made all the difference for me and my structural issues. However, along with all the goodness of decrease in pain, my pregnancy #3 was still the biggest weight gain my body had ever experienced. It hurt my heart a little to see the scale in those last months. . Since Sam has been born, my journey has continued. I didnt give up, although #postpartumdepression hit me hard, I continued to plug in. . Two main recommendations I have for my fellow mamas out there are to have a #fitfam to plug into for accountability, support, and love. And, show up for YOU and believe in your daily actions reaping you results. . This transformation did not take hours away from my family at the gym and relentless dieting, it just doesn't have to be that way. But it did take showing up daily for myself. Trying to do better with nutrition, locking in daily with a superfoods shake to feed my body right, and honestly about 30 minutes of sweat and hard work daily. . It's the journey of 1000 steps that lands you at your destination. No short cuts. . I invite you to shoot me a personal message to see how we can help you on your journey. We are in this together. #findyourspark #feelhappy #feelconfident #beyou
