man, i’m really living my best life all by myself. I never thought I would admit nor experience this but it’s okay to be your own best friend and to be in your own company and enjoy it. times where you feel lonely… try to figure out where the origin of those thoughts and feelings are coming from because you are never alone. never.

it’s usually you looking for something outside of yourself that you already have within. it’s okay to crave or want intimacy or company or etc but see if you can give yourself what you are looking for before you start searching for it elsewhere.

Dependency of outward validation comes in to play when you search outside of yourself. I have 15+ years of experience. I think I would know. It’s easier to change this before it becomes a lifestyle of not feeling as if you are not enough because you are.
