Mary Margaret in every episode → 1x01 Pilot
“She got away. You’re going to lose. I know that now. Good will always win.”
txrnthepaige:
Paige’s eyes widened at the information, a smile lighting up her features, “Wow. Our teacher hasn’t even taught us that,” She almost sounded disappointed, but began to write down the places on her list, “What about limes? Where are they specific to?”
“Limes are specific to southern Iraq and Persia. It’s an excellent source of vitamin C.” Mary Margaret smiled at the young child. “What’s your favorite fruit?”
adelaideofwonderland:
“I hope so. It’s just strange, people shouldn’t just go missing like this.”
“I know, dear. We’ll look for her, we won’t stop until we find her.”
writingaugust:
August handed over the flyer he had been given “There’re flyers hung everywhere” he looked over her shoulder at the picture again “Did you know her?”
“I-I spoke briefly with her.” Mary Margaret admitted. “I just can’t believe she’s missing.”
thxredqueen:
“You honestly think an assembled group of idiots will find anything, darling? Let her stay lost, for all I care. Don’t worry about it.”
“But how can you not worry when you_ live _here. Doesn’t it worry you in the little bit?”
thesnowxqueenx:
“I believe you. I don’t think many people think you hurt her, because no one even knows where she is.”
“We need to find her. O-or at least try to, right?”
maleficentxi:
“Hopefully – I mean this is Storybrooke, where could have she gone?”
“I have no clue. But I mean we should start... Small? The forest! That’s where we should cover first.”
thesnowxqueenx:
“Miss Blanchard, I was just… wait. What do you mean, not to Kathryn, specifically?”!
“I mean I would never hurt her. I couldn’t do that...”
bornshepherd:
His hope is riding on her silence and the way that she has fallen towards him, and his world does still. While the woman across is deep in her thoughts, he’s swimming in his own. Since the moment of his wakening, his life hasn’t made a lick of sense – until her. Perhaps it isn’t so insane to rejoin this town only to figure out that he recognises nothing, and finally find true recognition with a pair of shimmering green eyes and a voice as gentle as sunlight. Every moment thus far, he’s only felt pale imitations of this…knowing. It felt as though every single thing and person were just shades away from what they should be. Familiar enough to frustrate him, but not enough to explain anything.
But her. She runs true. He could be stranded in the middle of a crowd and he would be able to find her. And he doesn’t even know her name. So long as she confirms that this familiarity has its place, has a home with her, he thinks that he can make peace with all of the nonsense for one spot of truth.
She confirms anything but, and it’s as if whatever bubble had been shielding him from reality is burst, and the world comes rushing back in. David deflates, exhales, and he nods with a smile that’s tinged something too aching to be genuine. Of course. Ridiculous. Shame washes in, and he’s lost in it, even as he plays along and his attention bounces off the woman’s continuing words; he has a wife, a wonderful wife. Her name is Kathryn, and he’s never known anyone to be more patient or clever. There should be no one else but her that should be making him feel this way.
Four words draw him back, and his hands drift back to the woman to stop her. “The hospital?” David asks, blunt. “No, I haven’t seen you around, but – have you seen someone else? I’ve been looking for a woman, a Mary Margaret Blanchard? She saved me a while back, and I’ve been trying to find her to thank her.”
When her name spilled from his lips, Mary couldn’t help her heart from skipping a beat. Of course, she’s heard her name over a million times. Yet, when it came from John Doe, it seemed to fit. It was like she was hearing her name for the first time. He was trying to find her? After all this time? Admittedly, she’d save anyone if they were in such a predicament. But him? She’d save him again if it meant bringing him back to her. Mary chided herself; she couldn’t have these feelings for a married man, a man who was never hers to want in the first place.
“You don’t have to thank me.” She stated, quietly. Mary Margaret looked up into David’s eyes, searching for whatever answer there was that made her feel so connected and at one with a total stranger. All she could find in his jade orbs was comfort. To Mary, that was all she needed. “I’m Mary Margaret Blanchard but most people just call me Mary Margaret.” The brunette gave him a small smile.
“I guess you found me.” She chuckled lightly. Those words slipped out of her so easily, she felt the familiarity engulf her once again. It was as if she was replaying a scene in her head but the tape was black. “I hope you haven’t been searching too long. The town is oddly large for its quaint size.” Mary smiled once again, finding ease in being around him.
“But uhm, please don’t thank me. I was just... I was doing my duties.” She suggested, not quite knowing how to phrase her words. There was something yearning in her when it came to this stranger. She wanted to know so much about him but didn’t know where to start. She didn’t even know if he knew himself well enough to tell her. But none of that mattered, all she wanted was to get lost in his presence because tucked deep inside her, she had an inkling that he’d find her. Mary paused, “I’m sorry, I don’t think I ever got your name.”
inevermiss-graham:
“I think it may be best that you don’t participate in a search party.”
“Why not? I have nothing to hide. I need to help. I _**want **_to help.”
“Oh gosh... I-I don’t know what to do. I know! How about a search party? Think that’ll help find her?”
adelaideofwonderland:
“You know I thought stuff like this wasn’t supposed to happen in small towns.”
“Everything will be alright. We’ll find her.”
therefinedevilqueen:
“I assure you that I am doing everything in my power to find her.”
“Oh, Regina! P-Please do! And if there’s anything I can do to help! Please... Let me know.”
thesnowxqueenx:
“'…she was last seen loading up her car and heading out of town after an argument with Mary Margaret Blanchard…’ hmm. That’s interesting.“
“You can’t honestly believe that? Because I-I didn’t do anything. Not to Kathryn.”
