THEATRE BACKGROUND Natalie has been singing, dancing and acting since she was just 3 years old. She was born theatrical, eccentric and loves being in the lime light. At the age of 13 she was accepted into one of Toronto’s most prestigious high schools- Etobicoke School of the Arts. She thrived in the arts environment and quickly landed the lead role lead role of,” Wendy Jo“ in “Footloose”. Natalie went on to further her career in performing arts when she was excepted to Randolph Academy’s Triple Threat College Program. Within this program Natalie had the opportunity to train with some of the finest instructors in dance, acting and vocal/musical theatre industry! Some of whom were Linda Garneau, Jeffrey Huard, Mark Kimelman, Darlene Spencer and Rosanna Saracino. With hard work and much growth Natalie graduated and went on to work within the Musical Theatre and Acting Industries. One of Natalie’s most recent shows was “Nunsence" where she played, Sister Hubert. The show was performed up in Aurora at the Howard Johnson Dinner Theatre. Natalie filmed a few episodes with Much Music, on the celebrity gossip show, "Totally Untrue History Of." Natalie has a strong background in improvisation and in 2007 was the assistant director of the first Randolph Academy improvisation team "OUT OF LINE." Not only has Natalie’s talents taken her many places in her career thus far, they have also won her a car! Natalie had the chance to compete in a Karaoke competition where she won first prize… and won a Pontiac Sunfire! Her focus when she wasn’t on stage performing in a musical, theatrical adventure or karaoke transformed. In college her coaches would constantly say, “ create your own work! “ That is where her journey into the song writing world became a reality. NATALIE EVANS SINGER - SONGWRITER Natalie began to research other artists and sounds. From there she found her niche – Neo-soul R&B Life, friends, relationships and other people’s stories have all been an inspiration in Natalie’s career as a singer and song writer. Natalie discovered many other independent artists networking; working to make there dreams a reality. That is where so much inspiration came from. Natalie new with hard work and focus anything is really possible. Give her a microphone and let the music begin.
