Home of the Bennets in the 2005 adaptation of Pride & Prejudice.

All expansion packs and most stuff packs installed (except Diesel, 70s, 80s & 90s, and Romance). Uses some items from the Sims 3 Store including Midnight Hollow (deco), Brunch at the Old Mill, Provence, Farm Fresh Folk, Country Livin, Mediterranean Villa Kitchen, and Regal Living. Most CC installs with the lot, but the 3 package items must be placed into the Mods folder.

Key House Windows

Here is a link for the windows I made for Key House. Includes 6 windows, 1 pediment and a faux window to place in front of the dormer.

Key House

Based on the house from the Netflix series Locke & Key.

Built with all expansion packs and most stuff packs installed (except Diesel stuff and High End Loft stuff), and some items from Midnight Hollow (spires) and the Now & Then Century Manor (mansard roofs) were used. Most of the mansard roofs are from the Mighty Mansard Redux set at Mod the Sims, and those package files are included in the zip. Place all included package files into the mods folder. All other CC installs with the house.

Sims 3 Random Build Generator

What started as a fun li'l experiment naturally turned into a multi-hour adventure. And so I bring you this build generator! There are three separate generators you can play with on this page:

Random Exterior: comes with lot size, budget, number of rooms, architectural style, color palette, and extras like basement, attic, and one room size.

Random Interior: comes with room type, decor style, room size, budget, and color palette.

A cursed build/buy generator: challenge mode with many things you'll just have to look and see~ Or just look at the picture above. I'd suggest velocitygrass's Add Any Lot Size mod for this one.

Here is a download link. It's not fully furnished but the rest is done. It requires dragon valley, midnight hollow, grims ghastly manor, brunch at the old mill, and the last venue of amore. All expansion packs were installed.

Brady Bunch House

This is based on the HGTV renovation of the real house that was used only for exterior shots in the television series. 50 x 50 lot. $215,561 fully furnished. All expansion packs, Outdoor Living and Fast Lane Stuff used. Most CC installs with the lot except 3 package files which are included in the zip file.

This is recreation of the abandoned Wyckoff Villa located on Carleton Island, NY.

This house was originally built for an over-achieving Capricorn (my simself), so it's set up for a single sim or roommates. Features 5 floors and up to 7 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. 20x30 lot. All expansion packs installed. Uses the chimneys from the Old Mill set at the Sims 3 store. Also uses a water heater and furnace, which are package files and included in the zip file. All other cc is attached.
