Octavian AKA Augustus.  First of all, look a him.  What a babe!  The hair, and nose are so typically Roman.  He looks like a young Julius Caesar.  

Besides being hot, Augustus was the Imperator and founder of the Roman Empire after the demise of the Second Triumvirate. The heir to Julius Caesar, he ruled during the Pax Romana (a period of Roman peace lasting c. 207 years).  

Also, he famously defeated Marc Antony and Cleopatra at the battle of Actium.  He was adopted by Caesar, who traces his lineage back to the goddess Venus-shown in this picture by Cupid, the son of Venus
