#ToBeVulnerablyHonest I am scared of what I am sometimes..and what I can be. Because I've been broken too many times, when I think I've finally figured out how things or relationships work. I never had it short-term, and that it is scary as it is amazing as I think - that length of years of togetherness don't and can't assure you of a lifetime of happiness. Not even with platonic things I don't believe in forever - I am a realist and I take reality as my ally. I live for now. I do all things I can in the now. Because I know, there are no certainty or stability on the emotions and people come and go. Sometimes they will, they can. Bohol, September 2018 Quick coffee date with Leigh and Can at Tamper. This quaint place is just a 5-minute walk from the new home Can's family has recently rented. Coffee's good, but the carbonara that we had, not so much, (I tasted a bit, it's bland and the pasta is a bit chewy), there's a room for improvement though. But I found the place's interior and exterior design really economical and well-thought of. It's been a great #MKProject60 journey so far! #6Months today! Here's a side by side comparison of how #20kggoneforever looks like. No more undershirts and hiding. As you all know, I am an avid fan of #upcycling (this is recycling's cousin, taking one still good stuff and make it even better). Like a loose big polo into a cutesy blouse, etc. I don't need to tell you how it works, I've been very open about this lifestyle I am in for the past 6 months. If you want to try it, or curious about it, Google it up, do your research, consider your health issues. Talk to your doctors. List your pros and cons. Then it's now up to you, to decide whether it's worth the try or not. Thank you to those I inspire, for the kind words - thank you to those who believe I can. I apprceciate it a lot. I am set to visit my doctor for my PCOS, my lipid profile and diabetes/blood sugar check next week. I'll let you all know what's the result. I have a baseline from when I started last March (remember when I said I feel really sick but the lab tests are normal but I am borderline obese).
