Flowershop ☆ [open]
Shiki had never really understood the language of flowers. Her cousin had always brought her around the gardens to teach her, but she could never really keep up with him as he pointed the meaning of each flower to her. The only ones that really stuck with her was the rose, and maybe the camellia, since she kept seeing it whenever she went down to the host club to deliver food.
And yet here she was in one of the local flower shops looking for a bouquet for the same cousin. He had landed himself in the hospital after having a fit - something which Shiki knew the reason for. She really didn’t want to think about it right now.
"What flower would be good…" she muttered, fingers lingering over different kinds. She was kind of regretting not listening to her cousin now…out of all times, who knew she’d need the knowledge?
"Hell-o! How can I help you?" Shiki jumped, only to see a smiling young man before her. She sighed in relief to see that it was only one of the shop workers.
"Actually…you have great timing. I’m looking for some flowers to make a bouquet. Do you have any that could convey the message of, ‘I hope you get better soon’?" Shiki asked, returning the worker’s smile with one of her own.
【★】"Hmm!" they said, taking a look around them. This should be doable. Most of the time customers just asked for flowers that meant I love you or anything similar so this was a nice change.
"Can do!" Ideas were already forming in Haru's head and they grabbed the customers hand to pull her after them as they went towards the first display, completely forgetting once again that you shouldn't touch random strangers.
"Are you together with them? Or is it a friend or family member?" They looked over the flowers, most of the ones they could think of right now were to small to put together in a bouquet, they would just look like a total mess.
