Mental health isn’t a joke

Are you feeling bouts of panic attacks, pain, migraines, anxiety attacks heart palpitations? make sure you get it checked out, this is Covid after all ; and nobody’s mind is in the right space right now. I would hate to lose anybody to something as silly as depression or anxiety when it can be treated and corrected with medication. it doesn’t make you lesser of a person or week, to rely on a temporary medication to keep your mind on straight. it’s your quality-of-life and your quality of being; that is what relies on it. I drew this piece in one of my darkest days; when I felt that it was better for me to be silent forever and I found comfort in that. that was not me and was my breaking point . please enjoy this piece called Bipolarity

The final release.

When you go through relationships that bog you down a little bit and seem to be a lot of chasing or stubbornness it builds up inside, as if there’s a shard of glass that is ready to explode out of your chest when you start dealing with things like lies dishonesty emotional instability and lack of accountability it creates a lot of resentment and sometimes we can get past this and continue with a relationship, but not all the time. This piece was designed based off of an emotional release I had after an ex partner decided to lie to me and shared no remorse for the actions. The words “just get over it” are probably some of the cruelest words someone can say to another person especially when you have gashes that slash your soul slash your heart. Eventually we all must just move on from horrible situations but the memories are always there and in some cases it takes more time than others.

Sometimes you have to keep your mouth shut for the sake of someone else’s happiness. This piece was a coping piece to help manage a hurtful thing that happened that involved someone else’s happiness I felt it would help express others when things like that happen. I chose these colours because there the colours one should wear when you suffer a heartbreak to bring your vibration up

We all know how rare and precious the bison is in our world, the power of man can be used for good or evil, we all hope it’s for good. When I see a buff chested man at the gym sweating through his shirt, as each time his rep is done you see his pecs push up and the gasp of air he lets out makes you wish he was lifting you up and down.
