It was a bit of a shock to find out that her math was wrong, but Rian just laughed it off. Her answer was closer than his was, and it wasnât a big deal at the end of the dayâ if anything, it was a sign that she probably should start going to her general classes when Haven wasnât in promotion. âYeah, I guess this is why I leave my finances to my mother,â she agreed with a nod. Hearing Jonghyun state that she was was the cutest between the two of them only brought a wide grin into her face, and she cupped her cheeks with her hands, obnoxiously displaying her aegyo as her form of appreciation. âGopchang jeongol is a carefully made specialty dish. Hot dogs are an afterthought thrown into a meat grinder to reduce waste costs.â Still, she couldnât help but grimace at the thought. Both sounded pretty disgusting to her and were something that sheâd avoid eating if she could. âUh, no youâre not,â Rian responded with a childish huff, glaring him down. âI offered, Iâm paying. Put your money away.â
Jonghyun simply chuckled at their mistakes, brushing it off without much embarrassment.  That was the best thing about being close with Rian; they could do the stupidest things around each other, and neither of them really judged their actions.  âYeah, well, your mom is like a genius or whatever, so thatâs your best bet.â  The moment his friend began acting cutesy, he felt his face flush red.  He had always been so weak to aegyo, but when it came from Rian, it felt like his heart was going to explode out of his chest.  It was almost too cute to handle, even when she was goofing around.  He choked out a pathetic âstopâ as he averted his gaze, trying to steady his heartbeat.  âRight, but itâs still tripe either way.  Just prepared differently,â he nodded at his own point.  Still, he knew that he had never gotten sick from gopchang jeongol, so she had a decent point there.  But maybe that could be explained on the fact that he had literally bought the hot dog on a dirty street.  Oh well.  âYes I am,â he argued, straightening his posture as he stared her down.  There was no way he would make her pay for their lunch, especially not when he was the reason why they were there to begin with.  âYouâre the one tutoring me.  Itâs the least I can do.â
