Running outside was not an option today, but neither was a rest day because it’s Global Running Day people! I squeezed in runs on the track before and after my classes this morning. Then before class tonight I jumped on the treadmill. It may not have been an ideal or impressive day of running, but I got 5.49 miles in and am better for it. I’m learning that if you want it, it’s yours for the taking.
