Had a good run. Didn’t look at my watch. Just kept the pace nice and easy. Kelly dropped me off in Altamonte and 2hrs later, she picked me up along the roadside in Lake Mary. The other day I took my friend Dana to check out a new trail I found. It’s not that long and it’s meant for mountain bikes but it’s a fun course to run. The sun soon came out and I was over dressed but luckily I had my @hammernutrition Heed and Gels to replace fluids and fuel my hot humid run. After the run comes the reward. My reward was in the form of @jacksabbycraftlagers It was my first time trying their Coffee Bourbon Barrel Aged Porter and it didn’t disappoint!
