Moving forward, we're probably not gonna mess around with color mixing anymore(There are just too many variables—it’s only gonna make production way harder🥲)—so if you’re looking for a specific color, you can totally dye or paint it yourself!🎨(we feel like this could be way more fun.😊) Future batches will likely just stick to standard white and gray.🤍🩶

Quick update on the MLP Carousel pre-orders!🎠

The first batch is making great progress😊—we’ve already finished part of the carousel bases, and the Mane Six charm silver castings are ready.🙌 Next up, we’ll be polishing and hand-painting them!🎨 Everything is right on track, so we should be good to deliver right on schedule.🗓️

Important QC Update for Dark Blue Pre-orders🦄✨

During our final QC for the Dark Blue BJD💙, we noticed two issues🥹:

1️⃣Color Variation: The shade was tweaked for a more show-accurate Princess Luna tone, resulting in a difference from initial product photos.🥲

2️⃣Surface Marks: Darker resin is extremely sensitive during sanding, leaving visible marks we aren't 100% happy with.💔

We have emailed all Dark Blue buyers directly with 3 flexible resolution options.📧 Please check your inbox and reply with your choice!📩

(Note: All other colorways passed QC and are shipping as scheduled!)

We sincerely apologize for this issue. We definitely took too big of a leap at once, but moving forward, we’ll focus on perfecting one design at a time. Thank you so much for your patience and support!💖

The third to last FDM Flutterbat!🦇🍎💛

Adjusted the print orientation a bit, so most of the layer lines are concentrated at the bottom⬇️—basically tucked away where you won't really notice them once it's assembled.🔍

Once this batch is done, we’re pausing custom FDM orders.⏸️ Going forward, we'll be focusing all our energy on resin printing and casting.🪄✨ We might even do a resin version of Flutterbat (completely layer-line-free!). Stay tuned!🫶💕

There are barely any MLP blank bases on the market that fans can DIY themselves, especially in that smaller Hasbro official toy scale. On top of that, actual BJD bases can get pretty pricey.🥲

If we made some simple blank bases like this and other different postures, then offered them in a few different sizes, would you guys be interested?🤔

Wanted to use this Flutterbat figure to quickly explain the difference between 3D resin prints and mold-cast figures!🦇✨

To put it simply, casting is basically the leveled-up version of 3D resin printing. Usually, for custom OCs or when we only have a few orders, we’ll just use high-precision 3D resin printing to make the blank resin base, sand it down till it’s super smooth, and paint it.🎨

But for small batches, we go all out and do mold casting! Basically, we take that 3D-printed base, sand and polish it until it’s absolutely flawless, and use it as a "master" to pour a mold. Every figure after that is cast straight from that mold.🫶💕

Why do this? Because the cast figures are way sturdier, feel incredibly smooth, and basically have that high-end official figure vibe! 💖
