a very experimental psd based on the Vane Lily song! it turns the neutrals into a purple hue and brightens purple, green, and red. the latter two of which turn into mint and hot pink respectively

Hi !! Due to some people don't know where to start I decided to make a tutorial. Is something really simple and easy (ˆ𐃷ˆ) ☆

Clarification: this is a basic tutorial for border images

First of all you need to click where it says +Metadata so we can start. Now you have to scroll on Example until you find this thing and copy-paste it on Metadata

Once you have it, change the numbers of container padding and max width and see what's the best option to you. This will put the text in the position we want.

For example this is how mine looks with 10 px and 600px

And this is how it looks with 35px and 250px. You can see a big difference and even the size of the border changed, don't worry if you don't really like how the border looks like or if you want something different

Just as container padding and max width, you have to play and change the numbers for container border. Mine instead of using fill I decided to change it to 26% and other things. You can use space or repeat instead of round or stretch. All this will depends on how your border image looks like, because this will deform and change the original image, use your imagination

Well, remember I said don't worry if you don't like how the border looks like? If that's the case then you have to use CONTAINER_BORDER_IMAGE_OUTSET = 10px. To see the difference, i'll use 15 px here

experimental psd pack!!!

includes:

evil eye - a monochrome psd that accentuates blues heavily and takes advantage of the posterization effect. great if blue is an accent color, not so much if its heavily prominent.

peach gummy - a pastel psd that turns everything into pink, yellow, or orange. ups the brightness for most.

trans pride - a pastel psd that focuses heavily on pinks and blues, less vibrant compared to peach gummy, but still a very noticable change.

since these are experimental, I did not check these on dark skin, or anything else to be honest. may and will need adjustments

speaking of, not only are adjustments okay but also encouraged for this one. you can also frankenstein them, build upon them, anything you like.

credit is required, regardless of edits. (I prefer to be directly tagged, I enjoy seeing them) do not redistribute, especially for any currency.

How do you clip GIFs onto masks?

[PT: How do you clip GIFs onto masks? /END PT]

Right click on your mask layer, click Select Pixels.

Click the Folder icon and then the Raster Mask icon on the bottom right. This should create a new folder.

Duplicate your gif into your project, either by clicking and dragging it into it or by right clicking and duplicating it into your project.

Simply put your gif into the folder that you made earlier and adjust it as needed. (make sure you have the WHOLE GIF FOLDER selected and have AUTO-SELECT OFF! otherwise it'll only edit one frame)

Export it as a gif and you're done.

You CAN do this with images that have faded borders, but it is important to note that gifs will make masks with any fading solid if you export it as a gif. Exporting it as a webp will keep the fading, though.
