-Obito to Kakashi -
“Rin was my only ray of light and hope. After I lost Rin…the world as I saw it changed. It became a pitch black hell. There’s no hope in this world. I took Madaras identity and walked the world. But all it did was confirm my belief. Even with my sharingan, I couldn’t see anything…there was nothing to see.”
• I personally feel Obito is the most accurate/realistic mirror reflecting most of us, if not all of us. He handled everything that he went through as reasonable as possible but after experiencing so many drastic events, he reached his limit. Losing a loved one always changes people, but when that loved one was your only reason for living, it only makes sense that you’d be devastated. Also adding to the pot, you were manipulated at your most vulnerable point.
• With no positive view or light in his life, naturally anyone would either change for the worse or end up taking their own life. With that being said, I have nothing but Admiration & grace for Obito.
• Given his path, I can’t say I would’ve done differently.
