Jupiter signifies teacher, higher learning, luck, growth, expansion, optimism, generosity, joy, righteousness, prosperity and abundance and divine guidance blessings. It also represents law and justice, philosophy, foreign travel, metaphysics. It rules Sagittarius(9th house) and pisces(12th house) in both vedic astrology and western astrology and co rules pisces with Neptune in western astrology. It is exalted in Cancer and debilitated in Capricorn. It represents liver, thigh, fat, kidney, lungs, blood in arteries etc. In vedic astrology it aspects 5th,7th and 9th houses from its own position.

Jupiter in 1st House-
Easier to attract luck placement especially if closer to the ascendant. You tend to be a lifelong learner and preacher, you tend to make big plans about your life, whether you follow through or not depends on the aspects. You tend to be a too forgiving as you donât bother much with things that are unimportant to you, you think big picture and always improvising, you donât concern yourself much with details. You can also give out an impression of someone thatâs lively and amiable, people may love to have you around, this gives you a pleasant, approachable and welcoming personality. Also someone that seeks higher knowledge, interested in occult or spirituality or religion (s) or none whatever, you have an interest in things that are unknown. You may also be known as someone self righteous or responsible, some people may dislike you for your morals or righteous behaviour, people may look at you for advice, as a guru/mentor also as a leader. You are generally calm and have an optimistic outlook to life or you are positive about how life will turn out unless Afflicted. You are generally brave and doesnât mind making big strides in all areas of your life, in especially appearance you may constantly change up how you look or donât mind being very unconventional with it, you are most likely to be on the curvy side or gain Weight easily. Jupiter in 2nd house-
Shows someone with a big family and upbringing may be done in a very religious or spiritual manner. You may be instilled in with morals and beliefs by elder. Someone in the family may be religious or into Spirituality or occult, which may cause you to also take interest and self learn spiritual practices and even occult. You may have have a rich view of your parents. Your family life may be abundant and teach you many things. You carry your early life teachings till the end. Your family may travel a lot or may even be living in a place thatâs different from your place of birth or their origin place. Financially abundant placement, you may earn a lot and often attract wealth easily. Your self esteem though may be really high even to the point of arrogance and ignorance. You could have had many siblings, friends in school, or cousins. Your extended family/relatives maybe huge in number. You may attach your happiness as an adult to your childhood and childhood friends, and even to certain skills you possess. Many of you may be the prodigy child, experienced in one particular skill. You may travel a lot. You have great convincing and motivating speech power that you are often able to change peopleâs perception, your teachings and wisdom will often be relatable to your peers and youngsters.
