There is nothing better for making sure your baby is in his most babiest headspace than giving him a project to complete in his soggy (or messyâŠ) Pamps.
Sure, youâd think just waking up in his onesie and already used paddings would be enough to remind my little guy of what he is, but thatâs old news to him by now. By being given a new sticker book and told he can use it to decorate one of his many sippy cups or babas, the day can only start the right way.
Plus, it gives Dadda and Papa time for some Saturday morning fun of their own đ
âBye, honey, Iâll pick you up at 5! Have fun today!â
She says it like itâs normal that I would have fun at a place like this.
Iâm a grown man whose wife just checked him into daycare, and everyone acts like itâs just a regular thing.
How is this normal?
âAlright, kiddo,â an annoyingly chipper daycare worker says, âYour Mommy said this is your first day at daycare! Iâm sure youâre nervous not having your Mommy around, but youâre going to love it here!â
âSheâs not my Mommy! Sheâs my wife!â
âAwww, what a cutie you are! But your Mommy also thinks youâre a bit tooâŠwell, you shouldnât be around the big kids, so Iâm gonna take you to the nursery where youâll fit right in!â
I look around at the room Iâm apparently not ready for. If it werenât for all the other âadultsâ toddling aroundâif anyone considers even them adultsâit would be indistinguishable from an actual daycare.
It has it all: the large playmats with toys scattered around, colorful beanbag chairs, a table for snacks, cubbies for everyone, and an egregious amount of Sesame Street decorations.
And, in the middle of it all, a circle of Littles excitedly playing what looks like âDuck Duck Goose,â under the careful supervision of three workers.
In what world am I unable to handle this? I graduated college!
âButâŠwhy canât I stay here? This is for babies! I can handle it!â
The daycare worker giggles in a âkids-say-the-darndest-thingsâ type of way.
âSweetie,â she sighs, like sheâs explaining something so obvious itâs silly, âThese are the big kids. They arenât like you. Your Mommy said the Littleâs Programâąïž took your coordination and potty trainingâyouâll be much happier around Littles with the sameâŠuhâŠabilities.â
Great.Â
Not only am I trapped in daycare, legally unable to check myself out, but now Iâm too little for a simple game of Duck Duck Goose?
And this girl, probably barely old enough to drink, thinks I belong in a nursery?
She grabs my hand and pulls me through the big kids, towards a door in the back.
The sign on the door says âsuyNre.â
Well, thatâs what it looks like to me. I may not be able to read anymore thanks to the Littles Programâąïž, but I can piece together what it probably says.
âHey Mia,â the worker says as we enter the room, âWe have a new friend! This little cutie is Timmy, and itâs his very first day here!â
Thereâs something familiar about Mia, but I canât put my finger on it.
âWell hello, Timmy! Itâs great to meet you!â
âH-hiâŠâ I mumble, distracted by how radically different this room is.
This was an actual nursery.
Mia kneels down in front of me. âNo need to be nervous, little one. Youâll have the best time with us, I promise!â
The other worker ruffles my hair. âHave fun, Timmy! Iâll come find you when your Mommy gets here!â
As she leaves, I get one last look at the big kids, laughing at their game, somehow wishing I could be thereâit suddenly didnât seem all that infantile.
Not compared to this room.
At least there werenât oversized cribs out there. Or the lingering smell of baby powder and dirty diapers. And there definitely wasnât a Little getting his diaper changed in the middle of the room.
âEarth to Timmy?â
âWha? Oh, sorryâŠâ
âYouâre okay, hun. Were you looking at all your new friends?â
I was trying not to look at them, to be honest. Seeing the littles in onesies with diapers poofing out, happily playing on their tummies didnât exactly make me feel better.
Especially when Mia thinks I belong with them.
âI-I guess..â
âWell, I know theyâre always happy to make new friends! But first, letâs check that diapie of yours.â
Before I have time to react to âdiapie,â Mia has unbuttoned my shorts and dropped them to my ankles.
âH-hey!â
Mia just smiles, sliding a finger into my diaper and running it all along the edge, checking for wetness like Sherlock Holmes.
âSorry, hun, but this is the nursery. Nobody here is going to tease you for your diapers. Or for this diaper change. Youâre soaked, mister.â
Mia flags down another worker, who grabs a spar diaper and changing supplies.
Mia pushes me to the floor. âCan you lie down for me, buddy? I promise Iâll be quick and youâll be ready to play!â
I try not to look around, not wanting to know if this humiliating scene has an audience. Not when Iâm in this position.
âThanks, Susan,â Mia says, grabbing the supplies. Susan waves at me as she walks away.
Mia playfully pats my diaper before sliding my shirt past my belly button.
Itâs all done so casually, so matter-of-factly. Like itâs just another diaper change.
I shudder at how normal this all is.Â
As if I belong here, instead of work, where all my friendsâmy real friendsâget to go. I wonder what theyâd say if they saw me getting my diaper changed in the middle of the nursery like a baby.
Well, if they donât already think Iâm a baby. I push that thought awayâone humiliation at a time.
And this diaper change is a far more pressing humiliation.
Luckily, Mia is brutally efficient with diaper changes. Wiping me down, lifting my legs, powdering me up like a professional.
Which, I guess she is.
She hums some sweet melody as she slides my next diaper under me. Though I can immediately tell this is no ordinary diaper.
As she tapes it up, the massive bulk is unmistakable. I canât even put my legs together.
Mia laughs, watching me get used to my comically poofy diaper. âYouâll get used to it, we only use the very best diapers for our little onesâyouâll never get a rash on my watch!â
As if Iâm worried about rashesânot how ridiculous I must look in this diaper.Â
As I look down at my new diaper, I realize itâs not the bulk thatâs most embarrassing, itâs seeing Elmoâs face and the silly stars staring back at me.
It even says Pampers on it, like it couldnât get any worse.
âCan you stand up for me, Timmy?â
Gosh I hope so.
After a few attempts of wriggling my legsâand âsupportiveâ giggles from MiaâI manage to get on my knees.
âAlmost there! You can do it, champ!â
After a Herculean effort, Iâm finally able to stand up, but I know there is no way I can walk in anything but a ridiculous waddle.
Just another thing to be embarrassed about.
âAlrighty, little one, let's get these shorts on you, huh?â
âYes, please.â
Mia helps me balance as I step into my shorts, but it doesnât take long to realize itâs not going to work.
âUh oh! I donât think these shorts will fit, hun.â
My mind races for a solution. Whatever it takes to get this diaper covered.
âC-canât I just wear my normal diaper then? My shorts fit those!â
More giggling.
âSorry, kiddo. All little ones in the nursery are required to wear these; itâs our policy. Iâll let your Mommy know for tomorrow, how does that sound?â
It does not sound good at all, thank you.
âNO!â I shout, âI wonât!â
I donât even care how I sound, I wonât waddle around all day with nothing covering my diaper.
Enough is enough!
To my surprise, Miaâs arms envelop me in a big hug. âShhh, shh, itâs okay, TimâI mean Timmyâyouâre having some big feelings. We can work on them together.â
I stop squirming, but not because of the hug. Thereâs somethingâŠright about the way she said Tim. And the perfume that smells strangely familiar.
âGood boy,â she coos, rubbing my back, âJust breathe for me, honey.â
Mia holds me for another minute or two before kneeling in front of me. âHow about this, kiddoâŠitâs just about nap time. While you drift through dreamland, Iâll do my best find something that will cover your diapie. Does that sound good?â
âMâŠmhmâŠâ
I donât much like the idea of a nap, but at least Iâll have a blanket to cover me.
âThereâs my brave boy!â
She takes my hand and walks me ever so slowlyâitâs nearly impossible to walk in this diaperâto my crib.
âYouâll feel sooo much better after a nap, little one. Youâve had a big day, your little noggin needs a rest.â
I look around and see the same process happening to other littles, smiling as theyâre tucked in.
âThere you go, honey,â Mia coos, pressing my diaper to help me up.Â
Mia grabs a blanket and expertly wraps me in it. Before I realize whats happening sheâs done.
She just swaddled me.
I canât move at all, trapped in my blanket like a baby, unable to even move my hands.
She clearly is an expert.Â
I look up at her, feeling smaller than ever before but only see her smiling down at me.
She leans down and kisses my forehead. âSleep tight, Timmy. Iâll be right here when you wake up with a warm baba of milkies.â
Soon, when all the other littles are tucked in, the lights dim and gentle music plays in the background. I barely even notice the littles in the other room playing.
Despite fighting with all my strength, I can feel my eyes growing heavy. But I wonât go down for a nap like some stupid baby!
Especially not when Iâm swaddled! Iâm an adult! Just cause my wife sent me to some stupid clinic doesnât change that!
Yet my eyes shut anyway. My thoughts slowing.Â
The last thing I remember before I fall asleep is Miaâan epiphany thatâs lost as as soon as the world fades away and Iâm no different from any other little taking their nap.
Papa dressed up our little boy this morning and I did not pay attention to the t-shirt he was wearing under his dungarees. Only discovered it was a brand new one with a very special message on it when I was about to change someoneâs smelly crinkly package.
I should have known when this little guy started giggling at papa when we headed off for changies⊠đ
I have published several "Daddy tips" articles in the past, most of which have been lost when our blog was banned. If you know where they are or have saved any, please let me know! Hereâs a new one I thought would be interesting to you all since I received some questions about the monitor I installed in my little guyâs nursery following a recent post.
I had not really thought of the idea of a monitor when I first started this lifestyle 24/7. First, because I probably wanted to go easy with my little one at the very beginning, and wanted to give him some privacy, and also because I thought I could be in control without the need for a monitor. Silly me!
With time, I realized that babyboys do not get privacy. Itâs a fact. He does get alone time in his crib, in his playpen or when Iâm at work, but privacy isnât really a thing for him anymore. I mean, I have been changing his messy Pamps for over two years, why would privacy be needed?
But this is not what encouraged me to buy one. The main trigger was that I very often would find him very excited in his paddings, or even sticky in the morning. (That was before I decided to get him in chastity, but thatâs another topic.) He would also sometimes touch his Pamps, spit out his paci, remove his onesie or pajamas, turn off the lullaby player by himself or even get up after bedtime. I was obviously not keeping an eye on him constantly and opening the door of his room every 5 minutes, so had no idea about that until I caught him red (or sticky) handed⊠It got him in trouble as you can expect, but it also made me reconsider a few things and think of new ideas to go further in the AB/DL concept. Remember weâre talking about a couple years ago, so this was all new for my boy and I.
I then suddenly remembered the existence of monitors which had completely slipped my mind. Did a bit of research: what kind of monitors exist, what options there are, etc and went for quite an expensive one which can also connect to phones but it was a complete game changer and I did not regret it one bit.
I set it up in his nursery, full view on his crib and didnât tell him the first night. Surprisingly nothing happened, but the rest of week came up and I kept a record of naughty behaviors. Let me tell you his face got very red when he realized that he went from daddyâs little angel to a naughty naughty boy who was about to get a bumbum as red as his blushy cheeks. I gave him a big post-spanking cuddle in my arms and eventually told him about the monitor. He didnât whine too much about it and actually started playing with it. Talking to me through it, waving or making his plushie kiss me from his crib - extremely cute!!
Since then, heâs been a very good boy after bedtime even though I can sometimes notice a bit of unusual movements under the covers, but a quick warning through the monitor is enough to calm him down, without even needing to get up from the couch or my bed.
Itâs also such a joy to see him sleep peacefully, or watching/hearing him make pushies in his Pamps and wait for me or my partner to come change him, sometimes even going back to sleep if that happens in the middle of the night, or early on during naptime and he knows we wonât be coming any time soon. Itâs also a great thing if we see that heâs feeling sad, having a nightmare, looking for something, or just needs us. Weâre quickly able to notice and come to the rescue. Example a couple weeks ago when his paci had fallen between the mattress of his bed and the protective rail but it was impossible to get it from the inside. He just called us and "ta-dah", the paci was retrieved and back into his mouth a few seconds later!
For any caregiver reading this, truly consider buying a monitor. It is an extremely valuable tool to ensure a smooth regression and eventually a happy little one.
Lesson of the day: Daddy sees, notices and hears anything happening from anywhere. No secrets for little ones, only good behavior and safety from the meanie monsters outside of your cribâŠ
As usual when I do a Q&A, I will gather some of the questions in one post to make it easier to read and reduce the amount of posts. we have received a lot (thank you!), so will probably split the answers in a few different posts though. So donât worry, the answer of your question may come in the next one !
Q. With your boy being 24/7 how do you deal with the smell from the used diaps? It's my daddy's biggest complaint about me wearing and I'm not even 24/7.
From @emonerdyboy13
A. Well, thatâs just part of the game. I am the one who decided to put my little guy back back in Pamps, so this is something I had to consider. It is a lot of work and maintenance and a genie is absolutely necessary once you reach several Pamps a day. They keep the smell away and theyâre also fun when you make your little one open the genie to take out this giant bag. âYes, youâre the one who did this and it did not even take you that long, little boy. Does it stink? Well, better take it out now then! And yes, you can do it in your pajamas, itâs 10 seconds awayâŠâ. The smell isnât great and it may well be something you/your daddy never get used to and it is fine. It may simply mean that your way of experiencing this lifestyle would be a bit different than ours and thatâs perfectly fine.
Q. I am wondering what babyâs nursery is like? Does he sleep in a crib? What kind of designs/pictures are on the wall? Changing table?
From @marshallbestpup
A. Thatâs a good question which I have been asked quite a lot. I have decided not to show my little guyâs nursery here simply because I want it to be his secret place. Where he can feel fully safe and secure. Itâs sometimes a bit frustrating because I would like you all to see the work I put in to make it as cosy and babyish as possible, but I also want it to be his place, just for him to see and enjoy. Maybe one day I will show it, but not for now, so let me describe it to you.
First of all, thereâs no actual crib. None of the giant cribs we sometimes see in pictures. It is very difficult to find and also takes up a lot of space. I also donât like the idea of him getting stuck if Iâm not able to take him out. It is a small detail for some, but this is the kind of things that need to be taken into account when you live like this 24/7. What if something happens to me and I canât open the crib for him? What if thereâs a fire and he needs to get out without me? Well, quite dark thoughts, but safety first! Instead, I got him a regular single bed surrounded by four safety bed rails which you can find online pretty much anywhere and which act as barriers. I got the longest models I could find so they actually surround the whole bed and really act like a crib, so we still call his bed a crib. Whatâs a crib? A secure place for little ones to sleep so that they cannot get out and get hurt. Thatâs exactly what his crib is. I still need to lower the rails down if he wants to get out, but he could easily climb up if needed. However, he is absolutely not allowed to get out of his crib by himself ever (except emergency), and a few tries already got him in trouble⊠Only the side barriers need to be lowered down, the one above his head and the one at his feet never really move.
Of course, I have added a mobile in his crib. It is wooden with four dinosaurs dangling. Iâve also put a little lamp next to his bed which I can set to play a lullaby for a set amount of time and it is such a great tool!
Since I bought him a single bed, I can have a lot of fun with the bedding options. Pretty much everything is available in this size, so it ranges from Paw Patrol, dinosaurs again or even the jungle! One thing I forgot to mention to help you picture the room more easily: the walls are painted in a very light green and white. The theme of his nursery is generally the jungle or Dinos depending on the bedding. Green goes with both, so this babyboy has options đ
Last thing I forgot about his crib is the mighty monitor. I couldnât go without it. It records kiddoâs crib 24/7, even when heâs not in it, but at least I never forget to turn it on⊠It was quite expensive, but has all options I need and very important for all mommy or daddy reading this: make sure to buy one which has a recording option! You will sometimes need proofs to show your little one what they did and why they have been naughty. I can also talk through it when Iâm in another room and I absolutely love it. âWhat is it youâre doing under the covers right now? Do you think Dadda canât see that? Donât make me come in your room buddyâŠâ
Thereâs no actual changing table, but I turned a dresser into one. It is pretty much a chest of drawers, so the perfect height for a changing table and very sturdy. The drawers are filled with Pamps, powder, wipes and any other thing I may need during a change such as gloves, scented bags, chastity cage, buzzy wand (and even âbum bum plugsâ, but this is for very very special days đ). I bought an AB/DL changing mat and done!
Oh, one thing I should mention⊠a small drawer is specifically dedicated to his very last pair of big boy briefs. I sometimes make him open this almost empty drawer to check if itâs still there, or if maybe thereâs now a second pair. Just in case he were growing up and would need more, but no still one to this day. Just here as a symbol and wonât be worn in a long long long timeâŠ
The rest of the room is what you would expect. A giant jungle-themed rug. Plushies all around, a playmat, light strings and lamps. A lot of paddings and different kinds of outfits even though his clothes are mainly in my room because of lack of space.
Q. Question for Daddy, how do you and your little boy interact day to day?
Does daddy ever address the kiddo in an adult fashion, or is it strictly like speaking to a toddler?
Does babyboy have any kind of restrictions, or does he talk like a big boy?
From @iheartpacis
A. What great questions once again. What I like about this blog is I can see how you also got to know us over time. Initially the questions were more about the surface of our relationship, and now weâre getting into some deeper questions about the day-to-day and how it actually works.
This concept changed over time for us. At first, we pretty much talked to each other the same as before and I would tease him a little here and there. This is simply due to the fact that he still had a normal adult life at the time, so there was less time and occasions to do anything else but talk normally. Now that heâs been fully living as a toddler for over 18 months, we mostly talk to him in a babyish way, but not even on purpose, simply because it fits the situation. How should my partner or I talk to him when heâs filled his Pamp? How would you talk to someone whoâs playing in a playpen and drooled all over his t-shirt? How would you address someone whom youâve just bottle fed and burped? There would be an odd switch that just wouldnât feel natural.
The only times I still talk to him like an adult is when weâre outside and people are around. I am sure that my tone still is a bit softer than before because he sometimes blushes and asks me to stop talking to him like a little one in front of other people. Oops, I just canât help it đ€·đ»ââïž
When it comes to how my stinker talks, heâs generally asked to use his little words and you may have read in previous posts that I have started getting him used to babbling in 2026 and itâs been quite a success!
Q. How long did it take your little one to stop complaining or noticing they were in chastity?
From an anonymous follower
A. Stop complaining? Never! Even though I have tried to keep him unlocked a few months ago and it didnât work out. He still complains very often that his little willy wants to be free in his Pamps. You will all remember that he was the one asking to be back in chastity earlier this year because it was too hard not to touch his diapees. I guess it will just take a bit longer than expected. At the end of the day he does love being in chastity as it make his ânaughty sticky timesâ much more intense đ
He doesnât really notice that heâs wearing and forgets about it until I tease him a little bit (or a lot). The hardest thing for him isnât being caged. It is that he is never allowed to touch his naughty parts when he is uncaged. The only times heâs not caged is either when wearing his Pamps which he isnât allowed to touch, or when heâs being bathed by my partner or me, or during a change when weâre also around. So we are the only ones touching and he better not try.
ââââââââââââââ
Q. Question for little one. What has been your favourite part of regression with your daddy ?
What is one thing you miss or sometimes think about from being a grown up ?
From an anonymous follower
A. Hmm, my favorite part is that Dadda took charge of everything for me and I felt safe and taken care of. đ Daddy made it go slow so it wasnât too much at the start and now Iâm very happyyy! I was a lot anxious with work when I was still a big boy and now itâs no more stress, so thatâs very nice !
But sometimes I miss big boy things like being able to watch anything I want on TV or order a pizza if I want to. Even though Iâm lucky because Daddy (and now Papa) are nice nice to me and allow me to watch sports like big boys do because they know I really like it đ I also sometimes miss using the big boy potty⊠itâs silly but sometimes I just wish Iâd have a clean bum or wouldnât smell bad, but itâs also sooo nice to be in diapees hehe, itâs toughđ. And in general itâs just a lot of rules to get used to, so it can get a bit difficult to always be a good boy, but Dadda and Papa are here to help me.đ
ââââââââââââââ
Thatâs the end of this first Q&A session, but weâll reply to more in future posts.
"-Uh oh Daddy, I think diapee is very soggy alreadyđł
-Well, Iâm at work buddy, so itâll need to wait a little. Wonât be back home for a few hours.
-*sends picture* âŠbut look, one side is fuuuull!
-Fill the other side then kiddo. Do you want to prove Daddy that you can control your little willy? Show me and fill the other side of your Pamp without leaking.
-But itâs tough with the peepee cage DaddyyyâŠ
-Sorry buddy, nothing I can do about that. Now, be a brave and strong boy and do your best to show me you deserve to be trusted in your little Pamps. Gotta go, love you babyboy.
What's worse than wetting diapers for a cruel algorithm? Wetting diapers for two cruel algorithms!
I've posted a new chapter @ https://subscribestar.adult/posts/1641620
Here's a short preview:
âBet you like piss too, donât you?â Will grunted, as he stepped towards me with the wet diaper moving towards my face.Â
âW-wait,â I gulped. Sure, Iâd long associated the smell of wet diapers with being horny but Iâd never been pushed like this with another guyâs diapers.
âBe quiet,â he barked, âand get on your knees. These tapes have to go back on before it warns me.â
One of his hands grasped my shoulder, and in my submissive state, unable to make a decision I simply kneeled for him as he draped the wet diaper over the top of my head, and then quickly found a way to pull and fasten the tapes around my face, resealing the diaper. It felt warm, obviously damp, and stunk of another manâs urine. I was straining inside my own diaper.Â
I felt Will step away, with silence for a brief moment before he laughed out loud, darkly, and explained that the app was happy that this diaper was being worn. My heart started to beat faster. If the app was satisfied with it where it was, it was allowing Will to take a break, for as long as he wanted. I didnât want to be stuck with my face tightly pressed against a hot, wet diaper for long, but I wondered if I had the nerve to fight back.
âFucking diaper boys,â Will then growled, as he held one hand firmly on top of my head, holding it in place with a crinkle. I felt something push its way inside, between my hair and the diaper, and realised quickly it was his cock as he stood still and I felt splashes of piss spill onto my scalp and trickle down my forehead.Â
I whimpered, involuntarily, and his hands kept me firmly in place as he voided his bladder.Â
âShhhhh⊠sit still, diaper boy,â he soothed me. âWe can change you after this.â
The nursery was quiet except for the soft crinkle of your diaper as you shifted in the playpen. The bars were tall, the padding beneath you plush, but none of it mattered. You were mad. Mommy had put you here for talking back, again, and no amount of pouting or kicking your feet was going to change that. The thick, baby-blue diaper between your legs felt like a betrayal, a reminder of how small she could make you feel when she wanted to.
You sighed, your pacifier bobbing as you sucked on it absently. The blanket beneath you was soft, but it did nothing to ease the frustration bubbling inside you. Without thinking, your hand drifted down, fingers pressing against the padded front of your diaper. The pressure was instant, a spark of something warm and forbidden. You bit down on your pacifier, your hips lifting just a little, seeking more.
Thatâs when you heard it, the soft creak of the rocking chair.
Mommy had been watching.
Her voice was sweet, almost musical, but there was a edge to it that made your stomach twist. "Aww, is my baby boy bored?" She leaned forward, her elbows resting on her knees, her chin propped up in her hands. Her eyes sparkled with amusement, but her smile was knowing. Too knowing.
You froze, your hand still pressed against your diaper. You knew you werenât supposed to touch yourself. Good boys didnât do that. But the way she was looking at you, like she already knew exactly what youâd been doing, made your face burn.
Before you could pull your hand away, hers was there, slipping between the bars of the playpen. Her fingers curled around your wrist, not to stop you, but to guide you. "Boys donât get to touch themselves," she murmured, her voice low and firm. "Only Mommy can touch you."
Your breath hitched. You shouldâve been embarrassed. You were embarrassed. But the way her fingers replaced yours, pressing into the thick padding of your diaper, made it impossible to care. Her touch was deliberate, her palm cupping you through the layers of plastic and fluff. You whimpered, your hips jerking upward instinctively, seeking more pressure.
Mommyâs laugh was soft, almost a purr. "Thatâs it, baby. Let Mommy take care of you." Her fingers worked in slow, deliberate circles, her thumb pressing just there, right where you needed it most. The diaper crinkled loudly with every movement, the sound filling the quiet nursery. You could feel yourself getting harder, the pressure building until it was almost unbearable.
Your pacifier slipped from your lips as you panted, your free hand clutching at the blanket beneath you. "Mmm, someoneâs very excited," Mommy teased, her voice dripping with amusement. She didnât let up, her fingers never stilling, never giving you a moment to catch your breath. The pleasure was overwhelming, a hot, heavy weight in your groin that made your toes curl.
You tried to speak, to beg, but all that came out was a muffled, desperate sound. Your hips bucked against her hand, your body moving on its own, chasing the release that felt just out of reach. The diaper was warm now, damp from earlier, but the heat between your legs was something else entirely.
Mommy leaned closer, her breath warm against your cheek. "You gonna make a mess for Mommy, baby?" Her voice was a whisper, but it might as well have been a command. The way she said it, like she already knew the answer, sent a shiver down your spine.
And then, just like that, you were there.
Your body tensed, your back arching off the blanket as the pleasure crashed over you. A choked cry tore from your throat, the sound muffled by the pacifier youâd barely managed to shove back into your mouth. Your hips jerked, once, twice, your entire body shuddering as you spilled into your diaper. The warmth spread quickly, the padding soaking up every last bit of your release. But Mommy wasnât done. Her fingers kept moving, kept pressing, and the pleasure didnât stop. Your body clenched, and with a gasp, you realizedâŠ
You were going number two, too.
The heat in your belly twisted, and before you could stop it, your diaper gave a loud, wet squelch. The smell hit you immediately, thick, musky, stinky. Your face burned with humiliation, but Mommy just giggled, her fingers finally stilling.
"Looks like someone made a big mess," she cooed, her voice laced with delight. She didnât move to clean you up. Didnât even reach for the wipes. Instead, she simply stood, her hands on her hips as she admired her handiwork.
You lay there, panting, your diaper sagging with the weight of your mess. The warmth was unbearable, the stickiness clinging to your skin. You wanted to squirm away, to hide, but there was nowhere to go. The playpen bars were still between you and freedom.
Mommyâs smile was wicked as she reached down and scooped you up, cradling you against her chest. You were heavy in her arms, your diaper a warm, squishy burden between you. "Such a messy boy," she murmured, pressing a kiss to the top of your head. "But youâre my messy boy."
She carried you to the crib, the one with the tall, unyielding bars, and laid you down gently. The mattress was cool beneath you, a stark contrast to the heat of your diaper. You whimpered, your fingers twisting in the sheets, but Mommy just shook her head.
"No, no, baby. You made this mess. You can stay in it a little while." She tapped your nose playfully, her eyes twinkling. "Besides, itâs almost naptime. And good boys nap in their sticky diapers, donât they?"
You wanted to argue. Wanted to beg her to change you, to clean you up, to anything but leave you like this. But the look in her eyes brooked no argument. And deep down, beneath the embarrassment, beneath the discomfort, there was something else, a warm, fuzzy feeling, like the first sip of hot cocoa on a cold day.
Mommy tucked a blanket around you, her touch lingering on your shoulder. "Sleep well, baby," she said, her voice soft. "Mommy will check on you later."
And then she was gone, the door clicking shut behind her, leaving you alone with your thoughts and your very full diaper.
Iâve recently been asked at what point I realized that my little one had hit a point of no return. What was the moment I stopped seeing him as a man?
It is a great question and something I donât think I have ever taken time to explain, so here we go.
First of all, I guess there were a lot of steps that made me realize he was embracing his new role in the house, and that he did not need to be considered a man anymore. Of course, the easy answer would be his first messy or sticky Pamp, but Iâll try to pick a few more interesting examples that clearly indicated me he had regressed to where I wanted him to be. When it all started we had both agreed that he would be regressing to a toddlerâs age. It was very much exciting, but also a bit scary for him as he had no idea how or when this would be done, but of course Daddy had a plan đâŠNo need to hide and pretend to be a man anymore, Daddyâs here to make it all better.
- Bedtime. At first, he always complained about his bedtime being âtoo early and boring because itâs not even dark out!â. After a few months, he had adjusted to it and even felt sleepy much earlier than before. Going to bed at 8:00pm is not an issue at all anymore and it makes it all easier. He gets his sleep, and I get some time for myself.
- Drooly bibs. 24/7-AB/DL is about letting go. The first step was of course to let go in his paddings, which he quickly did. But one of the very last (and quite recent) things I have asked him to do more was to let go and have a drooly chin as much as possible to âmake Dadda proudâ. You know that making Daddy proud means rewards⊠And rewards mean a very motivated little one. From then on, he started to drool a bit more, at first on purpose and then not even really paying attention to it. A large paci does help in those situations. I even had to add bibs to his day outfits as I would often find him with wet t-shirts or pajamas after a couple of hours spent in his playpen.
Probably not very comfortable, but oh-so cute!
- Babbling. When he got used to filling his Pamps, I could see that he was not embarrassed about them as much as before (and rightly so, because thereâs nothing to be embarrassed about!)⊠but, you know I love a blushy stinker, so I had to find new ways to make his little cheeks flush a little. The solution was very easy: by adding a few simple motivational sentences such as âSmells like someone filled his Pamps in here⊠Daddy better hear some âbabbly babblesâ for a bit, or he may forget thereâs a little boy in the house and forget to change him!â.
Oh you should have seen his face the first time, and the hesitation, probably thinking âUhmâŠhow do I babble?â. It was extremely cute, actually one of the cutest memories I have of him to this day. Then, came some tries and an adorable babble pattern thatâs now unique to him!
ââââââââââââ
Of course you need to remember this all took time and did not happen overnight. If you were to ask a grown-up to do these kind of things, youâd probably get laughed at. However, my little guyâs regression has been gradual with a lot of efforts from him and support from me, so that he could be his true-self again.
So yeah, those would definitely be some moments I realized my kiddo was not a man anymore, but why fight it? Heâs been filling Pamps for over two years now (over a thousand in 2025 if you remember our previous blog!). He is changed, bathed, fed and dressed up by me every single day.
An early bedtime, a drooly bib or babbles are just small elements in his life. Nothing unusual anymore. Just a little boy living a little boyâs life wearing larger pajamas than most đ.
