Effects of the Infinity Formula on different individuals:

Nick Fury Sr.: Healed his woulds; and prolonged his lifespan through regular doses.

Bobbi Morse: Healed her wounds; and basically put her on par with Steve Rogers. According to the Marvel Comics DB “Due to the formula she was injected with, Bobbi has a degree of Super-Strength, with an unknown upper-limit, strong enough to dent steel with her bare hands.. Enhanced agility, and her aging process has been slowed down.”

Bucky Barnes: Healed his wounds; though he lay in a coma for two days after his injection. Also of note is that Barnes’ was given Fury’s final dose of the formula. Marcus Johnson/Nick Fury Jr.: The serum runs through his veins; and he has inherited the effects from his father.

Dum Dum Dugan: It has been implied, yet never confirmed; that the formula that helps Fury stay young has also helped Dugan retain his youthful appearance.

Natasha Romanova: I was hesitant to include her here; but Deadly Origin retconned that one of her chemical enhancements was a Soviet equivalent to the formula; which had previously (and mistakenly) been referred to as the Soviet version of the Super Soldier Serum.
