all we know about the finale
the mirror world is going to make a comeback and be really important. probably also due to the synopsis saying “quentin reflects on his actions”
someone might also get stuck in the mirror world. based on the teaser, we see alice and penny in a black and white shot with darkness around them. there’s a close up on alice and the reflection in her glasses looks like a glass shattering
it seems like the final battle will be in a forest? especially in the same one where margo screamed in the teaser
quentin has margo’s axes, the monster is here and most likely margo, too. the way margo screams eliot’s name is pretty desperate, so there’s a possibility he might get hurt? not breathe or just in general something happens to him that freaks them out
we can’t forget that hale was covered in blood when they shot the season finale - not sure if it’s already eliot or the monster. it’s also not sure if he got hurt or hurt someone (but he had also blood around his mouth as if he was coughing it)

when summer had a livestream she said they were shooting “season finale” and hale came in and answered some questions - he was dressed as eliot
he was also all in black and some people discussed that it looks as if he was dressed for a funeral (?) - if we clearly theoretically got a funeral, there could be a timeskip
we know that the last shot of 4x07 where penny greets someone in the underworld is going to continue in the finale
there are two basic theories - alice and penny23 get trapped in the mirror world, they can’t go back (via the glass shattering in the final shot) and penny40 greets them. the second one, it can be everyone just not penny and alice (who are in that moment in mirror world) - many believe that alice’s reaction could be her seeing somebody die and not being able to do something about it because she’s in the mirror world OR alice seeing that they are about to get trapped in the mirror world
