Christ, I think I’d find that a little bit depressing.  Although, it’d be an extra pair of hands to reach the top shelves, I suppose.

I bet you had! Most big sisters and brothers have a lot to do when it comes to their younger siblings. They must love you very much.

Yeah, that’s what I always thought. But they somehow managed to get the pranking gene. [Laughs] But I hope they do!

“I’m glad I have someone to help me. I can’t remember the last time I went shopping.”

Babysit | Fabian and Molly

Molly and Arthur never went out to spend time with each other anymore. With five kids and the Ministry giving Arthur more and more hours, it was to be expected, but it seemed like they never saw each other anymore. Arthur came home at night long after Molly was asleep and he went to work way before she even woke up in the morning. It was a never ending cycle. Molly didn’t mind the extra money that they where getting, but she missed her husband and so did her kids.

Luckily for the Weasley parents, Arthur was able to get off early, so they decided to go out for dinner and find someone to watch the kids. Unluckily, they couldn’t find someone last minute to watch five kids. Their last chance were Molly’s brother, Fabian and Gideon. Both her and Arthur trusted Fabian a little more then Gideon because he was, not by much, the more responsible twin, so they asked him to babysit. But she still worried that because he also had the prankster gene, that they would come home to a half burned house. But she knew that he, and Gideon as well, had their nephews best interest in mind, so she tried not to worry about them too much. 

Both her and Fabian had agreed that he should come over at six, knowing full well that her and Arthur didn’t have to leave until six thirty. She wanted to make sure that Fabian didn’t arrive late or that her kids didn’t have an unexpected meltdown. So she got both herself and her kids ready and then waited for her brother to come to the Burrow.

I know that feeling all too well. I’m pretty sure my eight-year-old is the same height as me.
