The vines are still in a rapid growth phase, showing us tendrils and fully formed leaves in preparation for full growth. The green canes are growing and the foliage is starting to fill out the once brown vineyards to a sea of bright green. What you can see in this image is the premature flowers which will become the fruit for the 2015 vintage. What wine would you guess these particular grapes-to-be will become? WOW check this out. I was with my Uncle Hugh last weekend and he pulled out of his cellar the first vintage 2005 Mollydooker Two Left Feet. As it turns out I had brought along the 2013 Mollydooker Two Left Feet. What amazed me was the changes in the label. The picture/colour/pattern/& label words had completely swapped sides ~ we did this in 2006. Gotta love looking backwards and forwards at the same time. -Sparky

2013 The Boxer: The 2013 Boxer is a knockout for sure. This wine continues to be a fan favourite which my friends keep asking me for more. Once in a glass, the room fills with aromas of red berry fruit, fresh plum, dark chocolate and hints of Christmas cake. Once in the mouth, an explosion of blueberry fruit, coffee, toasty oak layer with a chocolate cream finish. How cute are Molly & Dooker?! Their owners, Russ & Dawn, visited the winery a couple years ago and have since become huge fans of our wine. For Russ' birthday, they get two boxers and gave them their awesome new names.
One step closer to meeting our new sparkling white! Anna followed the truck to Barossa to be sure the wine was safe and sound in the tank at the bottling hall.

Wow! Lots happening with our new sparkling white wine! Sarah & Sue are putting the final touches on the label, the wine is being picked up this morning to transported to the bottling hall. It's an exciting time around the winery!
