btw if you don't know much about figure skating, it wouldn't surprise me if you think that pcs is based on vibes. the way judges have been working since 2016 might give off that impression, but pcs is almost 100% based on technique. there are clear guidelines for judges to analyze every aspect and element of a program within the bounds of pcs, including jumps. they are just not doing it.
