Couldn't do the triathlon so I volunteered

Um. yes! I have New Puppy Stress Syndrome! Though, I at least know never to expect one dog to ever be anything like another. That is just not fair to the animal or owner to have those kind of expectations. That’s like having 2 kids of your own and expecting the 2nd to be exactly like your first. I think it may have been a hair to early to get a new pup from the rawness of Busters passing as all of us have had our moment’s of sadness when dealing with the puppy that we miss Busters old manners (I guess we forgot his baby phase) but puppy is just a phase. While I know Tessa will still require longer period of work than Buster did I know it will pay off. Labs aren’t the #1 dog in the UK and America for nothing!

So much hand chewing. So much! But then she calms down and cuddles <3

I'm still in disbelief we got another dog already (the every hour wake ups feel real!). And a Lab at that! This will be an interesting adventure!

I think Butters is happy to have a dog around again. She won't play with her but she keeps hanging out around it her

He officially got accepted into a preschool off base. He starts in fall. Stop. Just stop the time! It’s going to fast!

Had such a great experience yesterday at the free clinic held through RWB. The instructor was awesome and gave us valuable skills to work on for transitions from swim to bike and bike to run in triathlon. He finished it off with giving us swim drills and advice on our form in the water. I have stuff to work on now the next month to perfect the mounting and dismounting tips while also working on my running form and swimming form. My running form was not good and probably what sparked my tightness and pain in my hip/lower back since I've upped my distances. Sometimes you have such a great time and never want it to end lol
