Lol, don't worry, I'm definitely going to add them. But at the current moment in the story, it isn't the right time for a full-on sex scene. (I do plan to have a chapter or two dedicated to that.) However, I'll probably will add some light scenes of it, to spicy things up! ^^

I've repeated these scenes so many times. The sincerity in Ford's soft tone when he said to Stan, "I don't just want someone to come with me, Stanley. I want it to be you. Will you give me a second chance?" Is my favorite thing EVER. His words held a promise, a new beginning. And Ford showing a photo of them from their childhood was the perfect finishing touch. He wasn't only telling him, but was also proving to Stan that he still remembered their childhood dreams. Despite the grudge Ford used to grip, after all these years, he still keeps that photo because he cherished what he used to have with Stan.
And THIS, I love when Ford affectionately punched him by the bicep, like he did back then before disaster happened. Ford was starting to feel comfortable again with him.
Some things from the past remained the same, but some things will change between them for the better.
There’s several ships that I like for aesthetic reasons, or for horny reasons, or because I think it’s kinda interesting, or out of principle or solidarity. I support all taboo ships due to my belief that nerds have the right to express themselves, and OPENLY have kinks and fetishes, without shame and without punishment. Yeah, including age play kinks and incest kinks, and any other common fantasy that would be inadvisable to attempt irl.

Stancest is the ONLY ship that I’m truly, truly emotionally invested in. To me, Stan and Ford’s relationship is peak romance. They are soulmates. I can stare at art of them for hours. Maybe stancest is the PSL of gf proship yaoi… it’s relatively vanilla (unless if we’re doing an age gap a/u or writing hardcore bdsm fic or something). They have a very classic, a very basic if you will, yaoi dynamic. It’s kind of hilarious how I built my brand on being edgy but my primary interest is seeing two old men snuggle and cuddle. (After suffering for decades, of course.)
I associate their bond with true love persevering despite adversity. They were born into a harsh world, into an abusive family, and all they had was each other. They were LUCKY to have each other. And even though certain bad actors (their parents, Bill, and arguably society in general) temporarily ripped them apart, they ultimately came together again. And if their relationship happens to have a sexual element… that is, if people apply a sexual element to their narrative… that doesn’t diminish the beauty of their relationship. To me, it’s just a physical manifestation of their love and acceptance for each other. Even the “gross” parts.
