Just curious what are the cons of being on anxiety meds?

You can’t really drink, sometimes there’s negative side effects in the beginning. I remember when I was briefly on them I lost some weight and lost my appetite but overall I felt so much better mentally being on them

Decided to get back on anxiety medication for as long as needed because this fear of flying is making me so depressed. I used to love to travel and had so many great experiences in amazing places and now I feel like I fear travel.
