I’m still on a high from this weekend! @blackgirlfest took over the @bdclondon. I have been so privileged to be welcomed onto the team as Event Manager from the first year. We saw 350 black womxn take over Kachette in 2017 to 3000 beautiful people this year (talk about growth!) I loved hearing feedback from the older generation saying how proud they are of @paulaakpan and @nkrystal for creating a safe space for us to be unapologetically us.
