Just started reading this wonderful book on the #powerofprayer. It has been sitting on my bookshelf for literally, years. It's getting harder and harder for me to put it down.

Proverbs Chapter 10 KJV This particular passage speaks directly to me and reminds me of my not so nice ways....countless times I have "refuseth reproof". I am a loud mouth, outspoken individual.... I am known by every one I have come in contact with that I have an incredibly sharp tongue. My mouth has shaped my life....and it's not a pretty story. I struggle every day with shutting my lips. Every day I pray "Lord please put your arm around my shoulder and YOUR HAND OVER MY MOUTH". My favorite part of this passage which I feel I need to highlight..... "Hatred stirreth up strifes; but love covereth all sins". I know my faults and ways are horrible and I will undoubtably continue to struggle to keep my composure daily, but The Lord loves me and God forgives with a whole heart. I am but a sinner, though I am no longer lost.

Let all your things be done in charity 1Cor. 16:14 KJV The first lesson The Lord taught me when I came to Him was, the most important of all of these things is LOVE. He plain as day had me read it from HIS Word. I encourage you to open the book of Psalms Chapter 103 and read of our Lords Holy Character and Come to Him today!!!!! So much Love is waiting for you, and the amount of Love that will overflow your soul is endless!!

The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace. -Exodus 14:14 KJV

This passage brings me peace every single day. There is no greater power than God and there is nothing that, with The Lord you can not overcome, but what brings ME peace from this passage is that The Lord says we do not need to fight at all for The Lord will do it for us, if we let him. Whenever you find yourself in a blunder and have no solution, as I do all the time, remember all we need to do is BE STILL.
