OH SNAP-- I always educate people on how this program is not just shakes (wayyy beyond!), or a quick fix and it doesn't happen in 30 days or overnight. You do however get to eat and learn what it's like to be healthy and active and feel the support of a team. #priceless⠀ That said, tonight my #MondayMotivation is going to Dawn. Dawn, you inspire me and so many others! Here is this beauty's story:⠀ "I just completed my 4th Challenge and feel the BEST I have EVER felt!!! I am down a total of 109 lbs and well over 100 inches! My energy is amazing and my workouts have hit a whole new level! I have recently found an insane love for kickboxing and I could never have been able to do it without nutritional cleansing. I can now do burpees, push ups, sit ups, mountain climbers, and so much more!!! My life has changed forever!! I feel like I am finally the role model my son needs. I have included him in this journey. So much about my life is different from 28 months ago. The picture on the left was a time in my life where I was at my heaviest. The picture on the right is where I am the healthiest, most fit, and all around the happiest!! I love this #TuesdayTransformation of my teammate Alina who truly gets what this healthy lifestyle is all about! For those who think they'll never be able to indulge in their fav foods again, listen up! this about #balance! Great job girl!!!! Keep that healthy life a rockin! ⠀ " Bout to get real honest with y'all. These pictures are two different types of happy. On the left I'm happy because I'm sipping on margaritas in the sun, poolside at a bar that you can walk up to from the beach (awesome, I know) but what the picture doesn't show is the quesadilla and french fries I had prior and the Entenmann's donuts I had for breakfast. It doesn't show how tired and sluggish I always was or how many naps I took or how many (probably 100 just to get an acceptable one) pictures I took because I was self conscious about my body. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the way looked, but the way I felt.⠀ The picture on the right is 3 months later after nutritional cleansing, setting goals and crushing them, and getting my lifestyle back on track! I still indulge on donuts when I want, I definitely still love me some French fries, but I'm more aware, more focused and more determined to continue my life with the best possible quality there is to have: HEALTH! I work HARD! I fuel my body with real, good, clean food. I get a good amount of sleep every night. I drink lots of water every day. I stay active. And with all of this, I have fallen so much more in love with my life and with myself. I feel strong in so many ways. I still have off days because I'm human but I feel unstoppable. I feel more alive than ever and it's all because I put myself first. I have grown so much from this journey and I still am.
