the French Ministry of Culture is trying to slowly destroy one of the best science museum of the country (+ what you can do to help)

Je pense que vous connaissez tout.e.s plus ou moins le Palais de la découverte, au moins de nom. Et peut-être que vous savez aussi qu’il propose de nombreuses expériences de vulgarisation scientifique ouvertes au grand public. Alors, pourquoi parler de cela ? Parce que depuis plusieurs mois, le Palais de la découverte se fait détruire progressivement à coup de mesures du ministère de la culture et de notre très chère et adorée ✨Rachida Dati✨ (qui propose d’exclure le Palais de la découverte du Grand Palais (wtf) ou encore virer le président d’Universcience qui se charge, entre autre des vulgarisations pratiques ce qui pourrait présager un arrêt total de ces vulgarisation dans le futur).
Ainsi, je me permets de vous partager une pétition à ce sujet ( https://chng.it/CZBprmygwD ) que je vous invite fortement à signer si vous défendez l'accès à la culture et aux sciences.

If you're not French, you might have never heard of the Palais de la Découverte. It is by fare one of the best museum (in France at least) in terms of popularization of scientific concepts and experiments.
So why talk about it? Because for several months now, the Palais de la Découverte has been gradually destroyed by measures taken by the French Ministry of Culture and our dear and beloved minister ✨Rachida Dati✨ (who proposes to exclude the Palais de la Découverte from the Grand Palais (wtf) or even to fire the president of Universcience, who is responsible, among other things, for practical popularization, which could predict a total halt to such popularization in the future).
