Welcome to my little Rain World blog :)

I go by many names, but here I will go by Monsoon.

I plan to post things about my adventures while playing Rain World, as well as my art related to the game.

I will add image IDs to my art/any pictures I post when I can. I’m sorry for the times when the IDs haven’t been added yet. For my picture/art posts with no image IDs, I’ll turn off Reblogs until the IDs are added.

I am tired every single day, so please forgive me if I’m ever slow to respond to asks or to do things. We may be many people, but our body only has one energy reserve and it’s not been great and replenishing and staying replenished lately.

I hope you enjoy my little adventures and such.

Uhh theyre supposed to be ocs but look pretty default ,slugcat just has a scar on his back and the scavenger just looks like ur average scavenger, i have a lot mor art of these two in my sketchbook but thats only for me to see ghhhhhgggggg

i wish there was a way to spawn the Iterators using BeastMaster or console commands….

i wanna mess around with them outside the main story and not have to worry about saving (plus it has the potential to be Really Funny)

playing Spearmaster’s route to desensitize myself to the sound of their spears. it’s worked so far!

i also try to ignore their tail in the cycles art and instead focus on their silly lil face and whatever they’re drawing in the soil :)

i love when Scavengers do the lil wooeywoo thing with their head and body, where they kinda like,,, sway/wiggle back and forth. there’s something so cute and visually appealing about it

Worldbuilding day 3 - language

To be honest, Spearmaster’s spears make me feel really squicked and uncomfortable (mix of my misophonia being triggered by the sound + trypophobia from how they’re made and what they sound like)…

However! I have just discovered a mod on Steam that completely replaces/mostly removes the sound altogether! Just thought I’d share it in case any other Steam users might find it helpful.

…and if anybody prefers slide whistles instead, here’s the mod for you!

thank you to @autisticfivepebbles for letting me know the first mod is broken/breaks certain sound aspects of the game!

i will do my best to find another alternative and keep my eye out for any other mods- hopefully ones that don’t break anything!

i have gotten Artificer’s canon ending :)

i’ve been playing Rivulet to not only unlock Saint, but also to unlock Rivulet in Arena :3

I will also work on unlocking the others in Arena, too, since I really love these little guys!!!!

Oh, and finally, I made an Iterator OC. I’ll post about it hopefully soon!
