Yesterday I tried drawing a kiss, which I had never done before, and it was way harder than I thought it would be. Today adjusted some errors, and re-drew it onto the right kind of paper (so I can colour it later). Only this time, I drew it with a background, and uhhhhh it’s a lot more erotic when you can see the whole thing and not just the upper body part. I was going for tender and passionate, but I can’t help but feel like I’ve accidentally drawn a dirty picture XD

Advice from a successful illustrator whose name I forget: draw what you want to look at. Well, I want to look at this 😬😜

It’s a working sketch. Super proud of myself for getting the stairs right! You can see where I drew the horizon line. I had to tape the paper down to a cutting mat and mark one of the vanishing points off the picture plane.
