Last week I got the chance to stay out in Joshua Tree with my pod and take some cosplay pics! I certainly didn’t expect there to be relevant Zelda news when I got back!

A super quick makeup test to show that Valdemar is almost done! I’ll be wearing this to Wondercon on Saturday!

I’ve been working for a while on a Valdemar cosplay, and I finally finished their headpiece! This ended up being way trickier than I'd anticipated, but I'm glad I stuck with it!

After not being satisfied with my first attempt at it using foam, I came across this tutorial a medieval reenactor shared for the divided hennin she made which turned out to be exactly what I needed.

The horns are sewn to this ribbed elastic fabric I found, which I used to essentially make a swim cap

I put all cosplays on hold this month to get this regency ensemble together in time for the Jane Austen ball. It was my first time making a tailored coat, so I’m very pleasantly surprised with how it turned out!

Also featuring the beautiful, radiant @theywear in their gorgeous 1820′s dress

I got to be a hobbit for a day at @myfavoritedemons‘s birthday! I don’t think I’ve ever felt this cute in my life, I’m definitely going to be wearing this wig and ears again

Los Angeles Comic Con lineup! By popular demand I’ll be fulfilling my destiny as pre-serum Steve Rogers on Saturday, and on Sunday I’ll bringing back my Kirk cosplay!

I have finally achieved my dream of looking like an overdramatic 18th century oil painting. I took this with just my 6 year old cellphone camera and a wireless remote and I’m very proud.
