i have to say it, your qjj art is absolutely STUNNING i'm in awe whenever you post new stuff!!! the way you draw them is simply perfect and exactly how i would imagine them to look like. i'm especially obsessed with how you draw their hair? like i just spent a solid 10 mins staring at xcy's hair, it’s so beautiful (also jiming's!!! what is in libei's water). also the way you draw hands!!! they're so elegant looking and always in a position that adds so much to the overall picture it’s amazing. i'm so glad they picked you as the artist for the hungarian edition and i'm honestly tempted to get them just for the art even tho i don’t understand a word lol

WIP no.1 of 2026 :) My first shy attempt to draw Yao Wenyu from qjj.

I got some news but didn’t quite have the time to put together a decent post. Let’s just say I’ve finally got a new equipment, and joined the screen tablet club 🤭

It’s been so long since I felt this kind of excitement about drawing. Though I grew fond of the old Wacom bamboo during the past 4-5 years, I’ve always felt something was missing.

Transitioning to digital art with a traditional background was difficult (and I’m still learning) but finally it seems like I’ve found the perfect tool to get the best of both worlds. 🫶

Finally worked some more on this Cezhou piece 😭

I’ve had a really tough art block since October. Completing 2 volumes of official work while maintaining a day job must have drained me so I was scared I was going to take much longer to recover 🥲

I’ve got nothing new to post yet, and it’s been such a challenging year so far. I keep a folder on my phone where I collect every official artwork I’ve made this year, and I just wanted to have a small celebration as I’ve been feeling a bit burnt out recently.

So I put the first two volume covers I’ve done for the Hungarian edition next to each other, as a reminder that even in dire circumstances and with little to no sleep, I was able to fulfill the requirements.

This book is super long and I look forward to the future volumes with hope, trying to improve my craft to feel a sense of happiness when I look back at my work.

Many thanks to those who stood beside me & showed me love when I was stuck feeling I was not good enough to take on this project.

Szia! A qjj tagben jött velem szembe, hogy 1. kiadják magyarul 2. gyönyörűszép új, eredeti illusztrációkkal!!! Eddig minden danmei könyvből a seven seas kiadást vettem, mert minden szempontból igényesebbnek találtam, mint az itthoniakat, de a Bor és kard balladája köteteket így tuti megszerzem :3 Annyira illik a történethez a stílusod, minden illusztráció, amit megosztottál, olyan szép 🥹 Alig várom, hogy a polcomon legyen!!

Örülök hogy szimpatizálsz a magyar kiadással, a kiadó tényleg szívén viseli a műfaj magyarországi reprezentációját és a fordítás is baromi igényes lett, így én is mindenképp ajánlani tudom (és nem elfogultságból, mert egyébként nagyrészt én magam is angolul olvastam danmei regényeket mostanáig) 💕

Loved this scene so much. Tbh I wish I could’ve added more details; adjusting the book deadlines with my day job is sure a tough deal. But I’m so happy for gaining more and more experience with each volume 🙏
