This piece is one of my favorites in the entire museum; ‘Dream Cloud’ is carved from one piece of boulder opal mined in Australia.  It’s an impressive piece, large enough to fill the palm of your hand.

We`ll always have Paris:

Debbie Harry performing with Blondie at Le Stadium in Paris in 1978, as documented by Christian Rose (photos no.1-4) & Jean Louis Rancure (photos no.5-6).

I firmly believe this is the sexiest set of photos from her early live performances (and god knows I’ve posted a lot of her pics through the years) and the best way I can think of to kick-start the year.
