Does anynyan else allow themselves a monthly allowance of mistakes?

Like, I can have ten-ish little mistakes a month without feeling bad about myself (little mistakes, to me, are stuff like: staying up a little too late, eating too much sugar, cleaning up my room in a lazy way etc)

And I can have about 2-ish BIG mistakes a month too. (My big mistakes would be stuff like doing drugs, staying up ALL night, ignoring my hygiene to the point where it makes me feel depressed, severe procrastination, etc)

And I also allow myself two of what I call "incel days" where I basically stay in bed all day, eat a shit ton of bad food, and lowkey just goon. I normally don't use two incel days in one month but y'know.

If I surpass my monthly allowance of mistakes, I don't really punish myself or anything though. I just go "Hmm. it seems I'm having a tough time this month. I'll try to do better next month!!" and kinda move on
